Hi Adana, how do you think about risk?
In general I would say , I love taking smart risks! In my opinion people who want to see a big change in either life/carrier they have to take calculated and smart risks and success most of the time will be there! I used to work in a banking corporation, with great amount of income+ commission and by the time I chose to take the risk and quit my job, I was the top performer on my position! Well, It was definitely a difficult decision to leave the stable income and build a brand new commission base only business! Real Estate! But it was my passion and my goal, and I was sure I would succeed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My Business is all about people! Customer experience, value and knowledge. Real estate business is simple but it is not easy!
I proudly can say what separates me from others is that I always have the client and clients interests as my priority and I make sure they receive the best possible customer experience during their buying/selling journey.
I believe my job is not a sales persons job! it is a service job and I have to bring value to people, to earn their business. Therefore, I always keep myself up to date about all the new laws, regulations and market conditions. I continuously provide free informational videos on social media platforms and try to educate my audience.
When I first started, I hired coaches and tried to run a real business vs being a simple Realtor! I set up some systems for my self and tried to learn as much as possible. It was a very hard journey for me and still it is, as i have three kids under 5 year old and my business is 4.5 year old! so to me it is like i have 4 kids and i have to take care of all of them perfectly.
So the biggest challenge is work and life balance! and the only way i overcome it, is by scheduling everything up front and working around the clock!
The biggest lesson I learned during these years is that mindset is everything! if you set your mind for success, you would definitely achieve it
I am a 7 year emigrant to the country, i have a chemical engineering degree from back home, also I am a poet! my cultural routes are so strong and i do value the family, and all this together helps me being a better person and provide a better service to my clients. At Adana Homes, Inc we always go extra miles for our clients and make sure they are satisfied and will be returning to us for their future transactions.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are lots of things to do will try to tell some… Well number one I would take her to “The Grove” for a afternoon walk and coffee! I love The Grove and it looks so magical to me. Another place for a little walk and shopping would be the Rodeo drive. I like to dine at moon shadow restaurant on malibu and enjoy the beach view. another favorite for dining is the 71 above .
Visiting universal studio and disneyland is a must.
Madame Tussauds Hollywood museum is so exciting.
I like the old carousel on Griffith park! I always sit with my kids!

Huge shout out to My Husband! He has many many roles in my life, including being my forever friend, father of my kids and my business accountability partner! he always helped and supported me in every step of my business and specially at the beginning that everything was on a trial mode and lots of things were going sidewise, he never stopped encouraging and helping me over come the hardship and move forward. I am forever grateful for having him.
