We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrian Ghila and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrian, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I could never see myself as an employee following someone’s directions. Since I was a child I had the urge to change things. Make them better, faster, and probably try to make cool things popular. I started multiple businesses and succeed in many. I also lost interest in some and exit others. My thought process is always to start a business with the idea of a change towards a better, faster, and more efficient all around product or service.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In business and life, I live by the motto: “the harder I work, the luckier I get”. That is not always truly hard physical work. It could be that when your friends are watching a movie, or go out for a drink, you choose to read a book or learn a new skill. I reached a level of execution and understanding of business in general, that I can simplify it and replicate a process in almost any industry. That’s mostly learned through my past and current experiences. At Luxe RV we are 100% focused on the quality of the RVs and customer’s experience in nature. We realized that we had succeeded in getting the best RVs on the market, but some customers did not know where to go, what to do to fully experience a luxurious glamping vacation. So these are our two main focuses.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Apart from the current situation with COVID, I will take a friend around LA to visit and eat at some of the most iconic places. For example, I will start the morning with breakfast and coffee at Urth Cafe on Melrose or Beverly. Followed by a walk and some shopping on Rodeo Dr. Perhaps I will take my friend to Santa Monica / Malibu and with a quick visit to The Getty. Maybe lunch at Inn of the Seventh Ray. For sure I will give my friend a ride in my convertible Ferrari on the famous PCH. Dinner will be at Yamashiro in Holywood followed by some drinks downtown. Depending on the time of the visit, there are places that are a must to be visited. Such as the Hollywood sign, the observatory, walk of fame, Chinese theater, Venice Beach, Universal Studios, Malibu Wineries, etc. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes to capitalism.
