We had the good fortune of connecting with Ahmad J. Naous and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ahmad, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting a business is a multifaceted journey that often begins with a combination of personal passion, market opportunity, and a desire for autonomy. For me, a specialist in stratexology, the thought process behind launching his own business was deeply rooted in his academic background and professional experiences. Stratexology, the study of strategic frameworks and methodologies, provided him with a unique lens through which to view the business landscape.
Initially, I recognized a significant gap in the market for strategic consulting services that were not only data-driven but also tailored to the specific needs of diverse industries. My extensive research and teaching in stratexology revealed that many organizations struggled to implement effective strategies due to a lack of understanding of the underlying principles of strategic management. This realization sparked the idea of creating a consultancy that would bridge this gap, offering customized solutions that empower businesses to navigate complex challenges.
Moreover, I thought process was influenced by his desire to make a tangible impact. I believed that by applying the principles of stratexology, he could help organizations not only survive but thrive in an increasingly competitive environment. This desire to contribute positively to the business community fueled his motivation to start his own venture. I envisioned a success story that would not only provide strategic insights but also foster a culture of innovation and adaptability among its clients.
In addition to identifying a market need, I considered my own strengths and experiences. My academic background equipped him with a robust understanding of strategic theories, while my practical experiences in various industries provided me with insights into the real-world application of these theories. This combination of knowledge and experience gave him the confidence to take the leap into entrepreneurship. I understood that starting a business would require not only expertise in stratexology but also skills in leadership, marketing, and operations.
As he formulated his business plan, I also reflected on the importance of building a strong network. I recognized that entrepreneurship is not a solitary endeavor; it requires collaboration and support from others. He began to reach out to former colleagues, industry professionals, and potential clients to gather insights and feedback on his business concept. This collaborative approach not only refined his ideas but also helped him establish a foundation of relationships that would be crucial for the success of his business.
Furthermore, I was acutely aware of the challenges that come with starting a business. I understood that the journey would be fraught with uncertainties and risks. However, my academic training in stratexology equipped him with the tools to analyze these risks and develop contingency plans. I embraced a mindset of resilience, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
Ultimately, the thought process behind starting hmy own business was a blend of passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to making a difference. My journey into entrepreneurship was not just about creating a successful consultancy; it was about fostering a new approach to strategic management that empowers organizations to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape. Through his venture, I aim to inspire others to embrace strategic thinking and innovation, ultimately contributing to a more dynamic and resilient business environment.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a stratexpeneur, my work is a unique blend of strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, rooted in the principles of stratexology. My art lies in the ability to transform complex strategic concepts into actionable frameworks that empower organizations to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape. What sets me apart from others in this field is my commitment to not only understanding the theoretical underpinnings of strategy but also applying them in practical, real-world scenarios. This dual focus allows me to create tailored solutions that resonate with the specific needs of each client, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
One of the aspects I am most proud of is the development of the Dynamic Execution Matrix (DEM) and the subsequent S.T.R.A.T (Systematic Tactical Realization and Adaptation Toolkit) framework. These methodologies have been designed to bridge the gap between strategy formulation and execution, enabling organizations to implement their strategic plans effectively. Witnessing the positive impact of these frameworks on my clients’ success has been incredibly rewarding and serves as a constant reminder of the importance of strategic alignment in achieving business goals.
My journey to becoming a stratexpeneur has not been without its challenges. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced moments of uncertainty and self-doubt, particularly in the early stages of my career. Transitioning from academia to the business world required me to adapt my mindset and embrace a more entrepreneurial approach. I had to learn how to navigate the complexities of client relationships, market dynamics, and financial sustainability.
Overcoming these challenges involved a combination of resilience, continuous learning, and seeking mentorship from experienced professionals. I surrounded myself with a network of supportive peers and mentors who provided guidance and encouragement during difficult times. Their insights helped me refine my approach and develop the confidence to take calculated risks. I also embraced a mindset of adaptability, recognizing that failure is often a stepping stone to success. Each setback provided valuable lessons that informed my future decisions and strategies.
Throughout this journey, I have learned several key lessons that I carry with me as a stratexpeneur. First and foremost, the importance of building strong relationships cannot be overstated. Collaboration and open communication with clients, colleagues, and mentors have been essential in fostering a supportive environment that encourages innovation. Additionally, I have learned that flexibility is crucial in the face of change. The business landscape is constantly evolving, and being able to pivot and adapt to new circumstances is vital for long-term success.
I want the world to know that my brand is built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and a commitment to making a positive impact. My mission as a stratexpeneur is not only to help organizations achieve their strategic goals but also to inspire a new generation of leaders who prioritize ethical decision-making and social responsibility. I believe that business can be a force for good, and I am dedicated to empowering others to embrace this mindset.
In summary, my journey as a stratexpeneur has been shaped by a passion for strategic thinking, a commitment to continuous learning, and the invaluable support of mentors and peers. I am excited about the future and the opportunity to continue making a difference in the world of business through innovative strategies and collaborative partnerships. My story is one of resilience, growth, and a deep belief in the transformative power of strategic execution.
