Meet Ailin Malimowcka | Creative director & restaurant designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ailin Malimowcka and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ailin, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
Trusting in my own creative vision, showing up everyday no matter what, learning from my mistakes, sticking to my values, public relations has a big pivotal role in everyone’s work in order to spread the word so not being shy about telling people what I do and always having a deck with my work available in my phone to show to everyone I meet, not giving up, talking to other colleagues to understand how can I do better, asking for feedback, social media.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I love creating new worlds, I love picturing in my head the world that I want to create and then see it in reality. Right now, I’m focusing on making beautiful places, that are also beautiful for the health and soul.
That’s why I’m doing wellness interior design for residences, restaurants and hotels.
It wasn’t and still isn’t easy to be where I am professionally, but I learn everyday and think that challenges are what keep us going and trying to be better everyday.
I’m a lawyer and decided to move to the creative world and that meant a lot of confidence in my talent.
