We had the good fortune of connecting with Albina Mannanova and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Albina, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I started CC Agency, it was really driven by my passion for creativity, my leadership skills, and a sense of ambition that I’ve always had. I’ve always wanted to create something of my own, something that reflects who I am and allows me to bring my vision to life. There’s this common idea that starting your own business gives you all this freedom—and while that’s partly true because you get to make the decisions, it also comes with a lot of responsibility. In reality, it can feel like the opposite of freedom at times!

But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve never regretted this decision. I wanted my career to be more than just a job—it’s become a part of my life, something I’m genuinely passionate about every single day. I’m building something I truly care about, and I love that it keeps me learning, growing, and pushing myself.

What excites me most is helping fellow creators. That’s a big part of what CC Agency is about—creating a community where ideas can thrive and helping others make their mark in the digital world. I’m still early in the journey, and I have no idea where this road will take me, but that’s exactly what makes it so exciting and rewarding.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
CC Agency is a full-service marketing and creative agency, but what really sets us apart is our community-driven approach. We’re not just about delivering creative campaigns—we’re about building a network where ideas flow freely and talent is nurtured. We focus on creating a unique digital footprint for our clients that feels authentic and genuinely connects with their audience.

What I’m most proud of is the fact that we’ve managed to work on incredible projects with brands like H&M and Mugler, where we’ve brought together fashion influencers and digital creatives in a meaningful way. It’s been such a fulfilling journey, especially knowing that we’re creating a space where creativity thrives and new voices can emerge. Seeing that impact is what keeps me excited every day.

But it hasn’t always been easy. Starting a business comes with its own set of challenges. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that resilience is everything. You have to be willing to push through moments of uncertainty and self-doubt. I’ve had to learn how to pivot quickly, adapt to changing trends, and keep my vision clear even when things felt overwhelming. The way I’ve overcome challenges is by staying connected to why I started in the first place—to create something I’m truly passionate about and to help others grow in the process.

I want the world to know that CC Agency is about more than just marketing. We’re about crafting stories, elevating creative voices, and making sure every client we work with leaves with something that feels personal and unique. My brand is a reflection of the belief that creativity and business can coexist in a way that’s meaningful, inspiring, and impactful. And as much as we’ve accomplished, I still feel like this is just the beginning of an incredible journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I split my time between Orange County and LA, I’d definitely show my best friend the best of both worlds! We’d start in Orange County with a visit to Laguna Beach—specifically Treasure Island beach, which is one of my absolute favorites. It’s a hidden gem with beautiful views and a great place to relax. Then, we’d stop by Moulin, my favorite French spot in the area, for a delicious Le Croque Madame. To switch things up, I’d suggest taking the train down to San Diego—it’s such a relaxing journey with amazing ocean views, perfect for unplugging and enjoying the ride.

In LA, we’d explore some lesser-known but equally amazing spots. One of my go-tos is Malibu Creek State Park—it’s such a peaceful escape and offers gorgeous hiking trails. For something a bit artsy, we’d visit Hauser & Wirth in the Arts District, which is a fantastic contemporary art gallery with an attached garden and restaurant. And to wrap up the week, a drive up to the Griffith Park Observatory at sunset for breathtaking views of the city is always a must—but instead of the usual crowded path, we’d take one of the quieter hiking routes up there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Of course, my family and close friends, who have always encouraged me to pursue my passions, even when things felt overwhelming. Their love and belief in me have been such a strong foundation.

I can’t point to just one book, person, or community that has inspired me—it’s really been a combination of life experiences and countless influences along the way. I’ve drawn inspiration from books, resources, and people who constantly push creative boundaries and challenge me to see the world differently. I believe in the power of continuous learning, and I’m deeply grateful for the people and experiences that have shaped me. So, this shoutout is dedicated to all the incredible individuals who’ve crossed paths with me, leaving their mark on my journey.
