Meet Alliya | Beauty & Ink Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alliya and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alliya, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Growing up, I never envisioned a career in the beauty industry – it wasn’t part of mine nor my family’s blueprint for me. My journey began in food service and customer-facing roles, where I honed skills like patience, empathy, and understanding. But it wasn’t until a friend introduced me to microblading that I discovered my true passion. Intrigued and ready for a change, I took the leap and started learning. From there, my curiosity and creativity led me to expand into lash artistry and tattooing. Now, as a multi-skilled artist, I’m thrilled to combine technical skill with creativity to make people feel confident and beautiful.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is about empowerment through self-expression. What sets me apart is my passion for understanding clients’ stories and translating that into custom pieces – whether it’s a bold tattoo, flawless lashes, or perfect brows. I’m most proud of creating moments where people feel confident and seen in their own skin.
Getting here wasn’t easy – it took curiosity, resilience, and lots of learning curves. I started in food service, learning patience and empathy, then transitioned into microblading, lashes, and tattooing through a friend’s nudge. Overcame challenges by staying focused on why I started: helping people feel good.
Lessons learned? Trust your journey, even when it zigzags. Be patient with yourself and others. And prioritize connection – it’s everything.
What I want the world to know: My brand is about art that sparks confidence. I’m here to listen, create, and empower. Let’s make something beautiful together.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For a week with my bestie, we’d have so much fun!
Here’s the plan:
– Day 1: Hit up a sick steakhouse like *Cut* in Beverly Hills, then chill at Malibu Beach
– Day 2: Hike Griffith Observatory for views, grab food at In-N-Out, and play some Topgolf
– Day 3: The Original Farmers Market for lunch, then art at LACMA
– Day 4: Beach Day at El Matador, fire up the grill at Dockweiler State Beach
– Day 5: The Grove for shopping and eats, evening vibes at The Rooftop at The Standard
– Day 6: Providence for a fancy seafood dinner, stroll through Echo Park
– Day 7: Brunch at The Butcher, The Baker, wrap up, and bounce

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my incredible clients who’ve been riding with me from the start. Your support means everything – you’re not just clients, you’re part of this journey, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the ride. Your trust in me and my art fuels my passion and pushes me to be better. To everyone who’s booked with me, referred friends, and cheered me on, THANK YOU. This is for you, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds together.
