Meet Amira Gadd | Lyricist, Songwriter, Sync Consultant, Talent Agent, Speaker

We had the good fortune of connecting with Amira Gadd and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Amira, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success is working on what you love, while having fun with it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I absolutely love lyrics by using words and getting creative with concepts in my songwriting. It has been both fun and challenging to tap into my talent and execute my creative ideas to life. However, it was worth it all the way to where I currently am. Now I have more than 130 radio ready songs and have many releases. My latest songs of this year that I am proud of are “Who I Want To Be” (with John Riesen, produced by Otabek Salamov of Needshes), “Window Shopping Memories” (with Cory Young, produced by Joren) and “Our Side” (with Gallo Locknez, produced by JT Schmidlapp). “Our Side” has been placed in the top CW show “All American” in Season 5, Episode 17. This is my second placement in “All American”.
I am glad I followed my intuition to be a professional lyricist about seven years ago. It opened up so many doors and areas in my life I never thought I would venture in. Now, I am also an avid songwriter, executive producer, voting member of the Recording Academy (Grammy), consultant, speaker, sync mentor, Grammy U mentor, and Podcaster of “Serendipities To Success”. In addition, I am excited to announce that I recently launched my new talent agency “aGadd Entertainment LLC.” The cherry on top is that I have developed incredible friends and acquaintances along the way in the music industry community, especially the Synch and music supervision world.
If anyone has told me 10 years ago that I’d be collaborating with reputable artists, vote for who should be nominated and who should win the Grammys, get a personal invitation to attend the event and after-party, have songs in top TV shows and advertisements, and meet the very people who were behind my favorite songs and scenes, I would probably be amused. Lesson: Never say never and dream big. There are endless possibilities.
I want everyone to know that I was born for this. This is my calling. Nothing is a coincidence. I’m in the music industry for a good reason.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I asked my Image Consultant friend (Street Style Dubai) to be my guest at the Grammys. She flew all the way from Dubai and we stayed at the Millennium Hotel Biltmore Hotel. The breakfast was so delicious, we ordered it two days in a row. We went to the Santa Monica Pier and had so much fun there and drank tea on the beach. We also tried Mrs. Fish Sushi Restaurant on Hill Street, Los Angeles and we were in awe of the ambience and food. We also loved The Hideaway on Rodeo Drive. She had a great time. I totally recommend visitors to stop by at these places.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
