Hi Andrii, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Hi, I’m Andrii Shatyrko, an entrepreneur and marketer with 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently, I run FAMEO Marketing Agency, where we specialize in helping businesses and personal brands elevate their visibility and impact. Additionally, I oversee FAMEO Kids Store, offering educational products for children, and FAMEO Kids Studio, where we provide specialized courses and a summit geared toward youth education.

Reflecting on the factors behind my success, I believe it’s the commitment to understanding the fundamentals and executing them with speed and precision. Over the years, I’ve provided hundreds of consultations on marketing strategies for both businesses and personal brands, and I’ve identified some key steps to achieving early success:

1. Select a Niche: Start with a niche you know well or have credentials in. Specialization gives you authority and focus.

2. Focus on One Product: Initially, focus on delivering one core product or service. You can diversify later as you grow.

3. Analyze the Market: Conduct a market analysis to identify competitors and understand your target area.

4. Establish an Online Presence: Launch a basic website and conduct initial advertising to test market response.

5. Evaluate Leads and Average Order Value: Monitor your incoming leads and calculate your average order value to ensure your strategy aligns with your goals.

At FAMEO Marketing Agency, our core value is a fearless willingness to venture into new niches and test fresh ideas. I’m someone who loves experimenting with hypotheses, bringing them to life, and seeing how they impact our clients and their brands. This drive to explore is what sets FAMEO apart—we’re always willing to adapt, innovate, and challenge the traditional ways of doing things.

One of the hardest parts of this journey has been not giving up, especially during periods where progress felt stagnant. There were times, like in the early days of growing my own personal brand on Instagram, where nothing seemed to work out. My videos weren’t gaining traction for the first six months, and I came close to giving up. I even stepped away for a bit. But then, inspired by successful U.S.-based content creators, I decided to give it one more try. I remember editing a long video, thinking, ‘If this doesn’t go viral, maybe it’s time to move on from this format.’ To my surprise, that video took off, eventually reaching 20 million views. That moment showed me the power of persistence.

Today, my personal Instagram has grown to 55,000 followers, and I create humorous and relationship-based content that resonates with people. It’s an experience that’s also shaped my approach to business: stay the course, believe in the process, and be open to learning from both failures and successes.

Every challenge has taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of staying true to a vision, even when the path isn’t clear. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had one day to show my best friend the best of California, we’d pack it with unforgettable experiences, from city vibes to coastal adventures.

We’d start with breakfast in West Hollywood at a cozy café, enjoying some fresh California-style dishes—think avocado toast and locally roasted coffee. Then, we’d drive over to Santa Monica Beach to take in the iconic pier and a leisurely walk along the coast.

Afterward, we’d head up to Malibu, where we’d spend some time surfing. Malibu’s waves are perfect for both beginners and seasoned surfers, and there’s no better way to feel connected to the California lifestyle than catching a few waves.

With the salt in our hair and sand on our feet, we’d continue up the scenic Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Barbara. For the grand finale, we’d settle in at a beautiful wine restaurant in Santa Barbara, enjoying an elegant dinner paired with local wines, all while watching the sun set over the vineyards.

This itinerary captures the essence of California in a single day—city energy, beach vibes, outdoor adventure, and the scenic charm of wine country.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! First and foremost, I have to thank my parents and my brother, who have been there since the very beginning. Their encouragement and belief in my ideas, even from a young age, gave me the confidence to pursue my passions and step into entrepreneurship.

I also owe a great deal of credit to my girlfriend, who has been an incredible support. She brings a level-headed approach to every step I take in business, helping me stay grounded and make well-considered decisions. Her insights and advice push me to focus on effective strategies, ensuring that each move I make is purposeful and impactful.

Having this support system has been invaluable, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role they play in my journey.
