Meet Angela Banett | Holistic Nutritionist & Health Advocate

We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Banett and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Angela, what do you attribute your success to?
Without question, the most important factor behind both my personal success and the success of 100 Healthy Women is community.
From day one, everything we’ve built has been rooted in the belief that we are stronger together. Cultivating community, being in community, and designing a platform run by the community is not just a strategy, it’s the soul of our movement.
100 Healthy Women thrives because it’s not a top-down organization; it’s a collective. Our members are not just participants, they are leaders, visionaries, and co-creators. Whether it’s through our DAO, our Founding Mothers, or our everyday wellness conversations, this movement only exists because of the support, involvement, and brilliance of the women who show up for each other.
Success isn’t about going it alone. It’s about holding space for others, building bridges, and moving forward as one. Our healing, our growth, and our impact, all of it, comes from community.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
100 Healthy Women is not just a brand, it’s a movement, a digital sanctuary, and a community-owned wellness ecosystem created for and by women. We specialize in holistic health advocacy, Web3 empowerment, and spiritual healing, and what truly sets us apart is that everything we do is built on the power of community.
We integrate cutting-edge Web3 tools like NFTs, DAOs, and utility tokens, with ancestral wisdom and holistic practices. This means our members don’t just consume content, they own their engagement, have a voice in our governance, and benefit from the growth of the platform. That model of shared power and healing is radical and necessary.
What I’m most proud of is seeing women step into their power through this community. Watching our Genesis members lead, watching members connect across borders, watching a single idea turn into a collective force for healing, it humbles me every day.
Getting here wasn’t easy. Building a Web3 wellness community as a Crypto novice meant navigating a lot of unknowns, funding gaps, tech learning curves, and moments of deep doubt. But every challenge became an initiation. I leaned into my community, into prayer, and into purpose. I kept going because I knew this wasn’t just about me, it was about all of us.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: you don’t have to heal alone, and you don’t have to lead alone. When women support one another, come together with intention, integrity, and truth, we don’t just create a brand. We create a legacy.
What I want the world to know is that 100 Healthy Women is more than a business, it’s a revolution in how we care for ourselves, our families and each other. And we’re just getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting LA, I’d take them on a week-long journey that reflects everything I love—healing, beauty, art, and intentional living. LA is full of magic if you know where to look.
Day 1:
We’d start with a morning hike at Franklin Canyon Park in Beverly Hills—quiet, scenic, and grounding. Then head to Urth Caffé for a nourishing lunch and a matcha latte. After that, we’d settle into stillness with a session at The Breathing Room, one of my favorite meditation studios for real inner peace.
Day 2:
We’d begin with a dreamy stroll through the Downtown Flower Mart—a total feast for the senses. Then grab coffee at the ethereal Aquaria café before exploring The Broad Museum’s contemporary art collection. Late lunch would be at Wild Living Foods—plant-based and vibrant. We’d end the day with rooftop cocktails and city views at Perch.
Day 3:
We’d start with yoga at Open Venice, followed by some quiet Zen time at Mothers Den—a true sanctuary. Afterward, we’d explore the shops on Abbot Kinney, then catch the sunset at the beach. Dinner would be under the stars at Fia—cozy, elegant, and so LA.
Day 4:
We’d take a creative detour with a plant and flower workshop at Rolling Greens in Culver City—it’s hands-on, soulful, and wildly fun. Then a plant-forward, elevated dinner at Crossroads Kitchen on Melrose.
Day 5:
Our grand finale would be a road trip to Bloom Ranch in Acton—a beautiful, family-run sanctuary of orchards and flowers. We’d breathe in the fresh air, connect with the land, and leave the city with hearts full.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This journey has never been a solo mission, and I’m so grateful for the divine timing and the people who’ve walked beside me.
First and foremost, I dedicate this shoutout to the 100 Healthy Women community, our Genesis Members, members, collaborators, practitioners and supporters. You are the heartbeat of this movement. Your courage, wisdom, and unwavering belief in our mission fuel everything.
And finally, a deep bow to the spiritual mentors and my sacred soul sisters Claudine Cooper, Tiffani Calcote, Donia Horton & Dr. Noelle Reid, who answered the call beginning with our first 100 Healthy Women Summit that kicked off our movement. 100 Healthy Women is the fruit of collective love, support, and spiritual alignment. I’m just one part of a much greater whole and I give thanks for every soul who’s poured into this vision.
