Hi Ani Carol & Jasmin Mnasi, what role has risk played in your life or career?
We view risk as an essential part of growth and innovation. Taking risks has been a pivotal part of our journey, starting with the decision to quit our full-time jobs to pursue our entrepreneurial dreams. This bold move was fraught with uncertainty, especially as women in a saturated industry. However, we believed that great rewards come from great risks.

The journey involved many long nights, overcoming rejections, and extensive networking to build our client base and earn trust. Each risk we took, whether facing rejection or venturing into new markets, was a step towards achieving our vision. Our belief in ourselves and our mission helped us navigate these risks. By surrounding ourselves with like-minded, driven individuals, we created a support system that made it easier to face challenges and turn risks into opportunities. Taking risks has not only shaped our careers but has also been instrumental in turning our dreams into reality.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets Kara Content apart is our commitment to crafting content and delivering impactful digital solutions. We prioritize cultivating emotional connections over simply gaining followers. This approach allows us to build lasting partnerships based on trust and mutual growth.

We’re particularly proud of achieving significant milestones, such as moving to a larger location that enables us to better serve our clients and provides a creative space for growth. Celebrating these successes with our Kara Content family has been deeply fulfilling.

Our journey to where we are today has been challenging yet rewarding. Starting with a vision and a deep passion for digital marketing, we navigated obstacles with resilience and strategic thinking. Each challenge became an opportunity for growth, teaching us invaluable lessons in innovation, client relationships, and the power of community support.

We want the world to know that Kara Content is more than a digital marketing agency; we’re a team driven by authenticity. Our commitment to delivering measurable results and long-term success is rooted in our belief that strong virtual presences are built on real, human connections. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If Kara Content were showing a friend around, you know we’d have to take them to visit some of our clients for some good eats. First stop would be Burger Bun for delicious tacos and a strawberry milkshake to go. Then, we might swing by Lily’s Chilies to pick up some of their famous chili chamoy candy for a road trip treat; our personal favorites are the Chili Watermelons and Strawberry Belts. Heading to Downtown LA to explore, we’d stop by Zankou Chicken for some savory shawarma wraps with their world-famous garlic sauce. After exploring, we’d make sure to swing by KG Event Catering’s Food Truck for their smash burgers and fries!
