Meet Antalina Fed | Anybe Founder. Experiences to be anyone you want for a day

We had the good fortune of connecting with Antalina Fed and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Antalina, what matters most to you?
There is one principle that I’ve learned over the last few years. The most valuable lesson in my life. The name of it is “backbone”.
Communicating and working with spineless people is expensive.
Respect your own “backbone”, your dignity, your principles, and your self-worth. Remember your “future”!
Respect others’ strong personalities; they may have different principles from yours, but respect them anyway. Those chameleons without principles and their own opinions always look nice and supportive. but don’t trust them.
Let me declare my values:
1. The beautiful game. I believe in the gaming system of this world, and all my acts should be elegant.
2. Love. It’s the reason and the North Star of everything.
3. Freedom. My luxury. Including the freedom to make mistakes
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Have you ever thought about trying any career? Especially, when you have to choose a new career path. Your new life?
It used to be impossible unless you had some connections in the industry you dreamed about.
I’m the founder of Anybe.com. It’s a platform with experiences immersed in the new industry for a day.
We help students test-drive any career. We have a list of 60+ professionals in LA who are ready to allow guests to shadow them, and learn from them. Technically, it works like Airbnb for professions.
I’m super-proud that we built it without any investments. Bootstrapping is hard; I don’t recommend it to anyone.
I overcame it only because I have a mission-driven personality and a true belief in the concept of experiences and the game.
My mission is to empower people to have the most fulfilling lives possible.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m in love with hidden spots. Stylish, detailed, and not easy to get access. Made with talent and love.
My 7 authentic places in LA (my vibe frequency)
1. Destroyer.
It’s so much more than just a hipster place with coffee and brunch. I’m a big fan of architecture and a creative approach to food. Here it’s together. That’s pure art.
Hayden Tract (neighborhood) by Eric Owen Moss is a futuristic inspiration.
Everything that Jordan Kahn does is so sophisticated and disruptive in a modern way. One love.
2. Marcell Von Berlin coffee lounge.
It’s a great idea to make a hidden coffee place behind the fashion boutique. Great choice of coffee; all plates and cups are black; lots of small details; calm, high-end vibe.
3. Rivian Hub.
It used to be the home of Ray Bradbury. Now it’s a curated library—a hipster place to work and hang out. From the outside, it looks like a car showroom, and inside, it’s a cozy, safe place for everyone. Just in front of Erewhon Venice.
4. Tomer Peretz gallery. Tomer is a genius conceptual artist. Sometimes he provides art events and performances, and always he creates art. Pure inspiration
5. William H. Hannon Library.
LMU is a university with the best view of the city, a modern building with a panoramic view, and a huge collection of books on any topic. The best place to work and think.
6. Petit Ermitage.
The rooftop is named Paradise. Bohemian oasis has a very special spirit. France and Russia at the end of the nineteenth century. Erotism + hedonism. This place is a reflection of Stefan Ashkenazy.
7. Playa Vista Rooftop.
My private place to feel harmony and peace. It’s like the backstage of an urban utopian city. With an ocean view, of course.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Behind my brave path is my team, which supports any of my crazy innovative ideas. Special thanks to a special person—Anna Malikova; she is like my right hand.
I’m grateful for the people who invested in me with their energy, time, and talents. Especially, Katerina Smirnova for guiding me.
I want to say thank you for the inspiration from Tomer Peretz, Marcell Von Berlin, Yasmina Ksikes, Shane Von Murphy, Moshe Wilker, and all other Anybe guides who share their experience and knowledge with people who need access to their industries.
