We had the good fortune of connecting with Arianna Frank and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Arianna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My initial inspiration to become an entrepreneur was through my
family my mother and father were very successful entrepreneurs in
the Los Angeles area during the late mid to late 80s and 1990s. They
owned a Cleaners that had commercial accounts and several Real
Estate Income properties. They were very profitable during these
times. Growing up as a child of an entrepreneur family you tend to
develop a sense of independence. My personal entrepreneurial
journey started early as a child. I would sell different items at school
candy, donuts, and tee shirts. I started braiding hair in my junior high
and high school days. I saw a need to provide cost effective hair
services in an environment where people could trust their kids to be.
What better place than at my own home with my parents watching.
Immediately after completing high school, I decided that I wanted to
become an entrepreneur I pursued several ventures before entering
the workforce full-time after being in the workforce full-time for
many years. I became a mother to three beautiful children. This is
where it really started to set in that I was truly an entrepreneur at
heart! I enjoy the independence , challenges and financial freedom of
being an entrepreneur and that is when I formed Rise Tax Center, LLC

we had a structure that was easily duplicatable and formed a service
bureau division where I assist those who would like to start a Tax
Business with software and other resources that are needed to start,
operate, and grow your own reputable tax business.
I am most proud of the systems we have created to help deliver
quality tax preparation services as we had found in the early years
that we needed to create ease when filing taxes in order to stay
relevant in the industry. I am also proud of the recent productizing of
services such as; free DIY credit repair software, self filing software
partnerships and various digital tax and financial education products
and the launch of our Tax Service Bureau. With these, we are able to
reach more people to carry out our mission of financial literacy and
empowerment.
Getting to this point took laser- focus, smart work and dedication. In
the grand scheme of things it was easier to dedicate this time and
energy to get the benefit of Independence and Financial Freedom. I
suggest working with those that have already been where you are, so
that they can take you under their wing a show you the way. It is

important to have a clear plan, a blueprint to where you are going in
life.
Entrepreneurship is a long road and I have learned a lot along the
way. The most valuable lesson in business that I have learned in
business is seek the help of mentors, give more than you take, don’t
be afraid to invest heavily in your own success, Know and follow your
intuition and take chances.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to tour the community of South Central Los
Angeles, the area in which I grew up. We would go to see the historic
Crenshaw District, the Nipsy Hussle Mural, Cultural Venues in Historic
Lemert Park. I would introduce them to areas such as Baldwin Hill,
Windsor Hills and View Park and educate them on the history and
culture of these areas.

We would eat at the popular restaurant “The District LA” . We would
stop by Simply Wholesome for a Patty. I would like to show them our
South Bay Beaches and perhaps take a mini cruise in Marina Del Rey.
Melrose shopping is a must. Culver City pubs, Santa Monica Pier,
Historic Venice Beach.

Sofi Stadium and shopping in Inglewood, Exposition Park exhibits at
the California Science Center, California African American Museum
Tour the Stahl House and the Getty Museum, beach beach and more
beach 🙂

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I am a true believer in two quotes that “success is achieved by
developing our strengths not by eliminating our weaknesses”
“success is not final in failure is not fatal it is the courage to continue
that counts.” I have overcome lots of obstacles in my life and these
obstacles have directly contributed to my growth. I have found that
in the dark moments I was the most creative and most determined to
succeed.

I attribute my success to my parents for showing me the way
showing me that there was a way to be financially free and make
your money work for you. I was taught to use what you must acquire
what you want. My children: when my y children were born. I had a
burning desire to provide them with the best lifestyle, healthy
childhood and a good foundation overall. I realize that there was
something that I needed to do dramatically different to be able to
accomplish this.
My goal was to have time freedom, high income and to build
generational wealth for my kids. My significant other has been a key
contributor in the success of my organization by always being super
supportive, providing valuable feedback and supporting me and
helping to establish the core value system that we currently operate
from.
He was able to see greatness in me at a time when my thoughts in
that area had diminished, He poured into me and helped me by
providing me with resources and direction and I will forever be
grateful to for this.
