We had the good fortune of connecting with Ariel Pe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ariel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most inportant factor behind my business is being engaged with the community. Being involved in multiple non-profits anllowed me to give back to the community and at the same time the by product of being involved allowed me to build my brand / business. Knowing whats going on and having your ear close to the pavement allows you be surrouned by like minded individuals. In turn the conversations always start with “So What do you do” ……..That is when you are able to be genuine and bring your business to the table in a non-selling approach.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own a screen printing company that is full service. ‘”Labwerkz” is a full service collective that caters to you to all of you branding needs. What sets us apart from other businesses is our aunthenticity to stay engaged and build long term relationships. We are not concerned with the quick buck, but concerned in being fair, competitive and making sure the client and us win together. I wasnt easy at the begining, I was so involved in so many organinzations and the days of , will this help me build my businesss? But like anyhting I get involved in I just put my head down and not worry about my needs but deliver not the task at hand. The lessons learned is that “proof is in the pudding”, if you put yourself out there and you are authentic as a person then people will trust you. When they trust you, you then can build business. I am just a ordinary person that enjoys the hustle and grind of entrepreneurship and the idea of helping others. I truely believe that everyone has a calling and you might not discover it later in kife and when you do. It gives you a new found energy and everything tends to be fun. The bad days are fun, the good days are amazing and every day is always starts off with a smile. Happiness is a journey, not a destiantion. “One Community, One family”….
