Meet Aryan Jolly | Artist and Music Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Aryan Jolly and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Aryan, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
I feel like consistency, discipline and patience helped me a lot.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I think coming from a different country helped me to bring my own perspective to pop and electronic music. This definitely helps me differentiate my music and make it unique. My brother introduced me to Martin Garrix and his music. I fell in love with it. That was the moment I decided that I would produce music and become an artist. It was not easy at first, but my parents supported me throughout and continue ti show their support. Without them I would be nowhere near where I am today.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that don’t worry about the tehnical stuff like mixing or mastering, focus more on the songwriting aspects. The chords, the melody and the lyrics override every technical thing.
I want the world to see me as a versatile artist. Yes I make EDM yes I make Pop and yes, I sing too. I don’t want to confine myself to a single genre.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I think I would definitely take them to the Santa Monica pier and spend a day there at the beach, eat some nice seafood and just chill. The next day I would take them to downtown Hollywood and show them the walk of fame, maybe watch a movie at the TCL Chinese Theatre, and also take them to rodeo drive. And the next day I would take them to the most electric establishment in the whole of Glendale, Hot Wings Cafe. I don’t have to say anything more. The wings are great, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is just absolutely massive.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to my brother, Aditya Jolly, who helped me a lot in my career and continues to show support. I also wanna thank my friends who have always accepted me in every situation and help me a lot in my music.
