Meet Ashley Lee | Business Owner & Stylist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Lee and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
A part of being a reseller of vintage clothing is being passionate about sustainability. My business allows me to practice the things I preach, reduce, reuse and recycle!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It was not easy to get to where I am today, as a ,multi-published stylist and reseller. I started during the height of covid, there were a lot of days of no sales and no engagement on social media, but I had to learn to adjust and keep going. I’ve learned that a closed door is closed or a reason, and it doesn’t always mean no, sometimes it means not know with good intentions. I want the world to know that thrifting not only helps save the planet, but also helps bring life to some vintage gems that would otherwise end up in the landfill. Reduce, reuse and recycle!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes to all of the other supporting resellers in the IG vintage community. The few that i have bonded with and have relationships with have been so supportive and genuine. They don’t see me as competition but instead a new creative eye that they can learn from and see some dope pieces for sell.
