We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Stauffer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, what is the most important factor behind your success?
As an Actress, Hypnotist, and Pilates instructor, my methodology is rooted in the holistic Conscious Conditioning of body, mind, and energy—what I call the “CC360º.” This approach emphasizes the consistency, resilience, and commitment required to show up for yourself. Through subconscious reprogramming, I’ve done the inner work to break free from repetitive patterns that once sabotaged my ability to achieve personal goals. These tools have allowed me to cultivate self-belief and embrace my unique magic.
My interest in human behavior began at a young age, observing diverse individuals in my family’s general store and bar & restaurant. This early exposure helped me develop a keen understanding of people’s motivations and behaviors.
By peeling back layers of fear, grief, shame, and guilt, I’ve fortified my self-trust and found genuine joy in my progress. This journey involved forgiving myself for self-doubt, releasing limiting beliefs imposed by others, and embracing a life full of limitless potential.
The transformation has been profound. I’m now passionate about helping others experience the same holistic healing and empowerment. Remember: You can Achieve what you BELIEVE!

What sets me apart as a Hypnotist and Pilates instructor is my unique integration of body, mind, and energetix—the 360º effect. This holistic approach emphasizes consistency, resilience, and the commitment to show up for yourself every day. My personal journey through hypnosis has allowed me to peel back layers of grief, shame, and guilt, fortifying my self-trust and cultivating a deep sense of joy and pride in my progress. Additionally, my experience has equipped me with a profound understanding of the inner work necessary to overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs. This personal transformation fuels my passion for helping others experience the same empowerment and holistic healing. My clients benefit from a comprehensive approach that addresses not just physical fitness, but also mental clarity and energetic balance, leading to lasting, transformative results.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

I am guided by the feeling of when I walk into a place. I must feel taken care of, it could be energetic or relaxed. It is truly the vibration that is experienced through my senses. The sound of the space, music, what is the energy of the other people in the space. Ambiance.

Sunday! Mar Vista Farmers Market 9am-2pm. You can get Koko Moo, is the best coconut water & milk. Usually live music or Dj, fun for the kids, great vendors, tasty and unique food. Afternoon-Ecstatic Dance LA, conscious dance. no talking, no drugs, pure energetic connection to source. Dance freely and integrate the outer world and your inner world with in community. The Venice Electric Light Parade Sunday at sunset is a must. Captain Marcus, will take good care of you. You may choose to watch as they cruise by like a kaleidoscope in motion. Or Participate and ride in a vivid display of color and light that feels both futuristic and magical along the Pacific Coast Shores and savor the joy you bring the people that get to watch. I definitely recommend renting a bike from them and riding.
Monday! At PLANTA Cocina, plant-based friends can enjoy the inviting arches and rounded edges that exude grandeur. The blend of modern sophistication and natural elements elevates the dining experience, making wellness and sustainable food, unbeatable views of Marina del Rey, the largest man-made harbor. Relax as you watch sailboats glide by, letting the coastal vibes melt your worries away.
Tuesday! Millcross in Culver City for the greatest Chai Lattes and their Cali Verde Avocado Toast are still the best in all of Los Angeles.
Wednesday! Culver City Stairs for a hike to the panoramic views of Los Angeles you can also continue on through Kenneth Hahn Park which is a personal favorite. Dockweiler Beach, Playa del Rey in the evening, stake out a fire bowl on the beach with LAX taking flight right overhead.
Thursday! MUD/WTR for the adaptogenic mushroom elixir and community work space, contrast therapy with the sauna, cold plunge and meditation room. Catch some live music in the evening at one of the many historical venues, Hollywood Bowl, Greek, Forum, Troubadour, Wiltern, Fonda or
Hollywood Forever Cemetery for a walk, a movie or an emotionally immersive performance in the chapel, I saw the otherworldly, hauntingly evocative, Emma Ruth Rundle.
Friday! Solstice, Los Liones or Escondido Falls are my lush favs for outdoor hiking. I have a few less traveled spots I will not disclose to keep that for us Angelenos. Hinano Cafe by night, the greatest dive bar in Los Angeles located in Venice Beach. Live music playing Friday, Saturday & Sunday over the sound of pool balls cracking. Get the cheeseburger, I love the turkey burger, but honestly anything off that grill is savory with decades of flavor and a draft beer with a frosty pitcher and mug.  Order with the bartender choose cheddar or swiss and how you want it cooked. I worked there for 3.5 years.
Saturday! Kundalini Yoga at RaMa in Santa Monica in the morning and then to the theater in the evening at Pantages The Ahmason, or the Disney Concert Hall.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

Shoutout to my Los Angeles chosen family for allowing me to redefine myself again and again as I develop into a new way of being daily. My clients & Carlos Requejo at Core Response Pilates & Wellness Studio in Santa Monica. My Mom, home in Pennsylvania without whom I may not have ever left my small town of Point Pleasant. She has sacrificed her interests & many life experiences, so that my sister and I could have opportunities she did not. My sister the level headed royal pillar that stabilizes me when I need grounding.
So many books! “Change the Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza, “Gene Keys” by Richard Rudd, “The Power of the Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy, “Midnight Library” by Matt Haig to name a few.
The love, support and encouragement that I receive from those in my orbit is abundant and ever growing.
