We had the good fortune of connecting with Aurora Chase and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aurora, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
What lights me up is helping women change the way they see, love and show up for themselves. My course and coaching services help women live in harmony and feel safe within themselves! I believe that self-love is an essential foundation in life and for some of us we can’t feel this love, acceptance and compassion before going through a healing process. So my mission is to guide women through self-awareness, inner work & empowering practices towards a life where they are in touch with their intuition and feel confident!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
It’s only when I decided to follow my gut and start my own business, that I finally found my place in the world. Before that, I always felt like I didn’t belong to any group, organization or studies I was involved in. The decision to create my business felt very natural but it definitely took me years and a lot of mindset work to overcome the fear of being judged by others or the fear of not being good enough at what I do. Today, I am very proud of myself for never giving up on my dreams but also for listening to my body and honoring my needs. In my everyday life this looks like taking time to work out even on busy days, journaling every morning and meditating or doing yoga as often as I feel the need to.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Getting outside of my comfort zone stimulates me so much – so I love discovering new places, meeting new people and trying things I never did before! I love particularly trying new workout classes such as boxing, hot yoga or aerial hoop! I am also obsessed with herbal tea so I would probably stop for a peppermint tea and a light snack at a cute place after a long walk around the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am so grateful to be surrounded by amazing and strong women who not only support me but uplift and challenge me to be the best version of myself! Whether it is the coaches I’ve been working on for a year in Christina Galbato’s Mastermind, my accountability partner, my friends or the people that simply inspire on social media – nothing would be possible with the support and positive energy they bring into the world!
