We had the good fortune of connecting with Ayesha Goodall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ayesha, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe” ~ Oprah Winfrey

This quotes to me means that the bigger our vision is about what we want in life, in business and in love, it is all attainable. We must believe it and take action in order to manifest everything that we desire. Our vision should be big and a little scary. In the midst of being afraid, we should just dive in and do the work to make it happen.

What I like most about this quote, is that it came from an Iconic Queen in whom we all watched publicly manifest her highest vision. She not only spoke this word, she walked powerfully in it, even when others did not believe in her.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am Ayesha R. Goodall. I am a wellness and fitness expert. I am a speaker and author as well. I am the CEO of ZenFit w/ Coach Eesh. I help individuals, single mothers in particular create a healthy connection with mind and body to fitness and nutrition. With an indestructible passion to help single mothers thrive, I published two books; “The Single Mom Survival Guide-Moving on With Life After Divorce” and “Dating the Single Mom-What Men Need to Know and What Women Need to Do”. I speak about mental fitness, why developing a healthy relationship with nutrition is important, physical fitness and relational fitness.

Growing up my mother was a fitness enthusiast and my grandmother was heavy into wholistic medicine. In my more mature years I felt deeply passionate about health and wellness and taking a wholistic approach towards life, mind, body and spirit. This helped me develop my business. It wasn’t easy at all. My back ground is Real Estate and Psychology and it took me some time to walk in my purpose, I continued to do my own inner work, I surrounded myself with successful people that had accomplished a lot of the goals I wanted to accomplish. I removed the fear to fail in order to overcome my challenges.

As a wellness and fitness expert, I meet my clients from where they currently are in order for them to feel comfortable with embracing their vulnerability in being whole along their wellness and fitness journey. I build the relationship with them by being relatable, compassionate and patient, yet hold them fully accountable about meeting their goals.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to The Museum of Tolerance and to some of the nice fine dining restaurants and venues in LA. I would take them to work out with me at my beach boot camp. I would take them hiking in Studio City. I would take them shopping in Beverly Hills like on Rodeo Drive, South Coast Plaza and Irvine. I would take them to Rancho Palos Verdes, Terrenea Resort and eat there. Ocean Prime. We would definitely go and eat on Colorado Ave in Pasadena.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I first want to thank my mother Phala Singleton for instilling in me a solid foundation of faith and balance. She taught me that if I helped myself first, others would be more apt to help me grow in any of my endeavors. That stuck with me. From that alone, I have always been a self starter.

Mr. Edwin Haynes for paving the way and showing me what authentic mentorship means and being my first mentor in business and personal development. Thank you for introducing me to the documentary “The Secret”, how to apply it and encouraging me to read the well renowned book “Think and Grow Rich” back in 2012. These tools have definitely changed my life.

I must shout out my support team when I was in my dark places and infancy stages of who I have grown to be today.

Amazing International, has helped me tap into my inner child and identify and embrace emotions that I used to suppress and mask. Kristy Deegan, George P Kansas and Tracey Trottenberg taught me so much about vulnerability and leading with love in business, in life and in love.

The current coaching platform I am utilizing, “Millionaire Media Master Mind” is now helping me take my business next level. Grateful for this team.

I definitely want to thank all of my clients for believing in my vision and standing by my side along the way.
