We had the good fortune of connecting with BEKA and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi BEKA, what do you attribute your success to?
As a singer/songwriter I believe that quality is the most important factor behind success. Hard work and networking is obviously really important, but to me the passion is in the music! I love feeling proud as a song that I’ve worked hard on at the end of the day because it’s really catchy and fun to listen to.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My journey as a singer and songwriter has been fun and fulfilling! I have definitely worked hard to get where I am, but my favorite part is just the creative process and being true to myself as an artist. I am very passionate about music composition, so everything that goes into a song is important to me down to every date, sound, and chord progression. It all matters! Good music is carefully crafted and i want that to reflect in my brand.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have a whole agenda during the week that is important for the mind and soul. Gym in the morning, work on what’s important during the day and go out with friends to a local club or concert in the evening! Work hard, play hard forsure.
