Hi Benjamin, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind Illulian Realty’s success is our boutique and tailored approach to real estate – providing each client with a personalized experience. Our full service approach to the process allows for building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are not just there for the transaction, we are there for our clients through and through. I think this has been the key to my success, creating a sense of community and partnership that fuels our ongoing success.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My journey here has been fueled by the incredible support and encouragement of those around me, coupled with my unyielding ambition. My passion for homes and the privilege of being a part of someone’s home buying or selling journey has always been a driving force. What truly excites me about this career is the daily opportunity to engage with people, building not just professional relationships, but often lifelong friendships with my clients.
I won’t sugarcoat it; it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. However, I firmly believe that with dedication and hard work, anything is achievable. One of the most significant lessons I’ve learned along the way is the importance of understanding people and effective communication in achieving success in real estate transactions.
In a nutshell, my brand is all about personalized service, genuine connections, and unwavering commitment to my clients’ real estate dreams. I want the world to know that I’m here not just to facilitate transactions, but to create meaningful experiences and lasting relationships in the world of real estate.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Can it be a different city? I’ve just returned from Tel Aviv, which consisted of beaches, an incredible culinary scene, amazing architecture, and a ton of fun outdoor activities. Food, without a doubt, takes center stage in any itinerary. Some of my personal highlights include Cafe Popular, Hakosem Shawarma, and Gazebo Beach Club.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
A handful of close friends played an instrumental role in motivating me to embark on this career change, and their unwavering support has left an indelible mark on my journey. Starting something new can be pretty scary, and having them in my corner, cheering me on and having my back right from the beginning, meant the world to me.
