Meet Bishop Elegino | Photographer and Director

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bishop Elegino and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bishop, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want the world to remember me as a timeless artist, where people from all walks of life can appreciate and be influenced by my art. I want people to capture a sense of connection and confidence when they first see my productions and for the world to be inspired to create something beautiful and big with the ideas they have.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a photographer and director based in Los Angeles. I just started photography almost two years ago and am proud of every single opportunity and production that has brought me to where I am today. I am most proud of my directors work where I have full control of my own project. I feel like what sets me apart is that I am open to crazy ideas and love to see things from a different perspective when It comes to my art. I want the world to know that Im just fulfilling my inner child’s wacky ideas and am happy and love to create!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would for sure take us to Malibu, that’s just my favorite place. A few other places would be
– hiking
– ice cream date
– late night view
– downtown rooftop dinner
– photoshoot
– workout class
– spa
– pool

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I love my friends and family for always believing in my crazy ideas and always encouraging me stick through them. I feel like we push ourselves to create the best art of our lives and have endless support for each other which is amazing
