Hi Black Market, what inspires you?
We are inspired by: Brothers Cousins Tacos on Sawtelle and National, Jazz, penguins, the Roman Empire, and the freedom that we find when we play together,

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets apart is the fact they we have heavy grooves that unique to our own sound. It is a strong and interesting combination that works well for all listeners. We are also all different people from different backgrounds and influences that generate something new. We dont like shit. We are most proud of the growth we have had after grinding it out for so long and that we continue to remain inspired. From lots of dedicated hard work late nights and practicing. Asking your mother the right questions. Asking alot of people for money to play music for them and then eventually them saying yes. Also the shows have gotten better sow e are siked about that. No it has had its challenges but we are happy that we keep moving forward through ups and down. Its all a battle like the winds of earth and the winds of time flowing beneath the aura of the musical sphere. Communication is everything. Patience with each other. And staying friends is the upmost important despite whatever happens. We want the world to know that we are hard working and down to play everywhere. Also everyone should come to the brothers cousins tacos on sawtelle and national in California.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Anyone who comes to the city should definitely go to the following places, Brothers Cousins Tacos, Dan Sung Sa, and Ralphs all on the west side.

Shoutout to our fans, family, and friends. And more specifically other businesses our members run. Roady Repair is a guitar repair company founded and run by our guitar player Jake. The Shell is a recording studio run by our vocalist Henry and our engineer Aidan. We also we would like to shoutout the Call of Duty map, Shipment.
