Hi Brandi, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Growing up, I was repeatedly advised to pursue a career that would bring me genuine joy and fulfillment. Witnessing friends and family members trapped in unhappy careers despite financial success, I became determined to find my true life’s calling. Following my intuition, I delved into the creative realm. I’m captivated by the process of crafting intricate designs and bringing digital art to life in tangible forms. Each day is a journey of discovery and growth as I continue to expand my skills and infuse new elements into my artwork.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Venturing into the creative field poses its challenges. Social networking isn’t my forte, and despite my best efforts to showcase my work and stay connected, I find it challenging to make ends meet. A crucial lesson I’ve embraced is the recognition that everyone’s journey unfolds at its unique pace. Refraining from constant comparisons with established artists has been a mental relief. Shifting my focus to comparing my present self to my past, I’ve witnessed significant growth in my artistic abilities. My brand embodies the hope and aspiration to one day establish a world studio that unfolds enchanting fantasy narratives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are numerous places I hold dear and would eagerly recommend, but one that stands out is Cho Sun Galbee. This charming establishment is a haven for traditional Korean cuisine enthusiasts. Whether it’s indulging in delectable dishes or simply soaking in the inviting ambiance, it never fails to delight. However, I find that any locale becomes a delightful spot when shared with friends, especially when we gather to sketch and create together.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
