We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Crosby and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, what’s your definition for success?
The way I define success as happiness. It’s not about the money and the materialistic things that we all see. It’s purely about happiness. Waking up every single day with joy and passion to do what you love every single day, that’s true success. Inner success to me is about achieving a deep sense of contentment and inner peace, true happiness is a reflection that your life is living in alignment with your values, your passions, your purpose, which to me is much more meaningful than any external accolade.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Before becoming so heavily involved in marketing, Brandon pursued acting in the DC metropolitan area where he began networking with local filmmakers and creating short films. His T.V. debut came in May 2017 where he was featured on the hit Netflix Series: House of Cards. Later that year he would make another appearance on TVONE, Where he embodies the role of Lewin Powell, a model student with exceptional grades who’s life turned for the worst overnight. When asked about the role and opportunity, Brandon stated, “It was one of the most intense things I’ve ever done, and painful too, the soreness didn’t catch up until the next morning, thank god we had a later call time.” This would eventually land him work in major cities like New York and Los Angeles. In 2018 Brandon relocated to New York to seek representations from some of the most prestigious agencies the big apple has to offer. That summer, Brandon was signed by BMG Talent & Models NY, a full service agency that specializes in TV, Film and commercials. Since then Brandon has worked with various companies, such as the cut app and P.C. Richards base in New York City allowing Brandon to progress in the economy’s commercial print and advertising sectors. Brandon currently resides in Los Angeles where he will be releasing two short films coming fall 2024. In addition to his acting credits, Brandon Crosby has a thriving career as an online brand developer and account manager, is partnered by Everyday Success Team, a full-service social media agency. Brandon and his team provide various services, including marketing, press releases, social media strategies, and many more tools for growth. Through the provision of these services, he has made a positive difference in the lives of a large number of businesses and individuals all over the country.
The one thing that makes me proud is knowing that I’ve impacted hundreds of people across the nation and all over the world. Being able to offer value that stretches beyond the globe brings me true happiness, knowing that no matter where I am in the world I can make a huge impact and someone else’s life and give them confidence and courage to be their best.

Along the way, Brandon was faced with many challenges. One in particular was just finding the confidence within and believing that it was possible when things seemed a little cloudy. ”There’s a lot of noise and opinions in this industry, and sometimes you start to build this bucket of self-doubt, which ultimately can lead to fear and anxiety. However, at the end of the day You just have to stick to the plan and wake up every day try your best and rebuild that self esteem. Put your big boy pants on walk out into the world then prove to yourself that you chose the right path”.

Brandon states he wants to be remembered as a genuine, hard-working individual who sticks to his values and morals. Because of that, he has been able to find inner peace within himself and within his work. Brandon continues “There is much to come on the way, new projects, more opportunities, more ventures and more success. I have yet to reach the surface.”

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In LA some of my go to spots are Malibu Beach and The Santa Monica Pier. I love the beach vibe and ambiance, I’m not much of a water guy but I could play in the sand all day. I also love Six Flags Magic Mountain. I’ve been a big kid at heart so I’m always down to ride roller coast and feel that adrenaline rush and get that kid feeling again. Lastly, Joeys! The food their is amazing along with a huge variety to choose from. They also give a glass of champagne if the wait is longer than 5 minutes, so for me it’s a win win either way!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family has been a major factor in my journey. I come from a structured two parent household that showed me the value of discipline, hard-work and passion at an early age. In some cases, it’s rare to receive that sort of foundation, especially from both parents, luckily for me I come from a family who holds strong to certain values. I thank them everyday for allowing me to be comfortable in my own skin and allowing me to thrive in my own way which in itself is a true a blessing. Also, I’d like credit a lot of my success to the everyday success team. They have allowed me to build a credible brand that has gotten me multiple opportunities within the past few years. The teamwork in the camaraderie within this organization is like no other. Over the years this team has taught me a lot, and I can honestly say that without the help of these like minded individuals, I would not be where I am today.
