We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandy Flint and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are black owned and women lead and I am so proud of where we are right now. It has not been easy navigating this industry and starting essentially from scratch. Even though my background is in wardrobe styling, I had to reintroduce myself as an established agency owner. I officially started the agency in 2022, my staff and I have been working non-stop to build our brand and secure clients for our artists. We offer specialized makeup, hair, grooming and styling to private clients that other agencies do not. And since we are a smaller agency, we are able to give our celebrity clientele the personalized services they desire.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well that’s easy, shopping and sports of course lol. If we are speaking of now, I would take bestie for a full Laker game experience, do some shopping at South Coast Plaza, take a ride along the coast to go visit more fiends. Brunch at Toast and dinner at Cucina Alessa’

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely, I would love to shout out my staff, Imani Thomas, Sr. Social Media Strategist, who has completely transformed our Social Media pages. I would also like to recognize Kennedy Ellis, Sr. Talent Agent, who has taken on our newly created sports division and has done an amazing job with managing our sports clients. I could not run the agency without them!
