We had the good fortune of connecting with Lindsay Anastasio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lindsay, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have been working and paying hard since 4th grade! I have always been a dreamer and have a strong work ethic. I was ready to put my blood, sweat, and tears into everything I did to make my dreams come true. Even though I wanted to be an artist and actress as a young child, I joined the US Army shortly after High School to find empowerment and leadership. I felt lost, and I was part of the NYC limelight. I was ready for my first big quantum jump and to take control of my life. While in the military, I finished my accounting degree and decided to move back to NYC post-graduation and take on Wall St! I was always an artist at heart. I used my unique blueprint in my accounting/finance skills and had a successful career according to status quo terms. After so much diligent work over the years, I was miserable and disappointed with life for what I thought success looked like. I started going deep with my passion for quantum physics, philosophy, and meditation practice. I found myself in a new paradigm which was pure chaos! I felt like I was released from a metaphoric prison and paralyzed with fear. This paradigm shift generated a new journey, and I started traveling down to central and south America for extensive stays. It was time to leave NYC and head out west. This move was the most profound experience I have had thus far. After years of healing work, research and development, and training, I set an integrative approach to the executive coaching business model, LA Woman Executive Coaching, in motion, which supports dreamers, pioneers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs,

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
La Woman Executive Coaching is an integrative approach to entrepreneurship. In one model, we use cutting-edge science integrated with strategic business operational tools, traditional accounting principles, and sophisticated technology. A new way to unite our client’s business and philosophy on life and the universe. A cosmic journey for pioneers, visionaries, and dreamers.

It’s my passion and path to breathe new life into a client’s relationships with money, business, and real-time accounting practices. I work collaboratively with my clients to integrate holistic practices into an overall financial approach to find what suits their needs. We’ll apply conscious knowledge to all aspects of our client’s business life, from the sacred to the most mundane.

Changing clients’ belief systems and implementing new ones relating to money, finance, and human hierarchies in their business will garner material results. By addressing these foundations, we change the entire flow, and the base-line company culture, maximizing the bottom line of our client’s operational flow and time-management systems. We will shift outdated perspectives and learn to work with the universe and quantum field by applying these principles where the mundane/profane becomes a gateway to profound revelation.

Through a deep and thoughtful interview process, we’ll examine the beliefs that can be transformed and where our client’s spiritual and business life can come together into a higher order. I combine integrative, human-first practices based on cutting-edge research and humanist philosophies there.

This model began as a lifetime of struggle, scarcity mindset, adversity, and depression, transmuted into personal freedom, prosperity consciousness, abundance, and well-being. My life’s work has been integrated into this model and how to work with universal laws to create our dream lives. I have experienced trauma since I was brought into my life experience, and it was all I knew. I thought something was wrong with me and deserved this struggle and survival way of being. We only know what we know until the day I started talking to the universe and listening for answers. Through quantum mechanics and philosophy, my mind expanded and challenged my current belief systems. It is fascinating when we get curious about life and let go of our old narratives. It was like the universe had been waiting for this day for my whole existence, showing me infinite possibilities!

I want to shout out on top of a mountain to the whole world that we live in a friendly universe and our current reality no longer exists! Our current reality is like looking at the stars in the sky; we only see the past. So much abundance is waiting for us when we let go and get curious about life. To quote Albert Einstein, “you have to learn the rules of the game. And have to play better than anyone else.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in Agoura Hills, which we call Malibu-lite! I would take my best friend through the canyon roads down to Malibu and cruise the PCH to hike, grab seafood, walk by the shops, and sit by the beach. There is a unique energy when you enter Malibu, with spectacular views, and in appreciation, I live minutes from this magical land.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I met Brittani at a gorgeous marketplace event in Santa Cruz, CA. The day was filled with healers, entrepreneurs, authors, personal trainers, intuitive readers, and other artists who wanted to offer their products/services in this new, luxurious, evolved, eco-friendly community center. Brittani and I never met that day, but I left my contact details for a free intuitive consultation. I was currently interviewing coaches, and after our call, I knew I wanted to work with her on another quantum jump into my dream life. In under a year, Brittani has supported me as I moved into my dream apartment, left a startup, and committed to my own business within months of each other! Brittani is unconditional with her love and coaching and has offered her full support during challenging times. Brittani is honest with her feedback and is a good listener, which was essential to me. Additionally, she would leave gorgeous audio messages during times of crisis that helped me transition and integrate so much change. I would have never been able to accomplish so much in such a little time without Brittani’s support.
