Meet Brock Prince | Chief Operating Officer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brock Prince and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brock, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Throughout my business career, I’ve learned many lessons, but one that encapsulates a few and that I’m reminded of daily is to hold my ground. When it comes to effectively navigating through hurdles, both mentally & physically, the important thing to keep in mind is to not let it stop you from progressing forward. To be more specific, some days may not be as productive as others, but that doesn’t mean it was a ‘bad’ day. It’s similar to the quote “I haven’t failed because I haven’t given up”. This can be applied to implementing new strategies within the office, managing staff, and/or helping a client/customer. If you aren’t able to remain a pillar for your business, who will?

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Enclave & Key is a non-traditional marketing agency that sets itself apart by doing things the right way, not the normal way. Marketing agencies over the years have become too vague on their deliverables and leave the client/customer without anything tangible. For us, we go left field of that and concretely outline everything so it becomes crystal clear on what is being offered. We specifically excel in Influencer Marketing and confidently pair brands with celebrities that fit their specific requests and/or that we recommend based off information provided to us.
One of the many things I am proud of is the culture we’ve created amongst the employees & staff members at the Enclave & Key HQ. We put a lot of time & care into making everyone feel at home when they enter the office in order to ensure we are providing the most productive and effective environment! As a result, our brand partnerships reap all the benefits and are cared for at a larger degree. At the end the day, anyone’s success is the team’s success and we all want to celebrate that.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My first stop with them would be to Chinatown, as there are numerous hole in the walls that are constantly overlooked, but provide an unmatched atmosphere & quality Asian cuisine. From Ramen Hashi that provides an intimate & personal experience with noodle refills starting at $1 to Sushi Kaya that sits a max of maybe 50 people and where I get one of my favorite rolls, the Cinderella. Although many may quickly jump to The Strip when visiting Las Vegas, there are a lot of hidden gems found in the suburbs of Summerlin. A great example is restaurant phenom, Jing. It is located in Downtown Summerlin and was a spot for the locals to experience The Strip without having to make the drive or deal with the constant commotion of tourists. Lastly, I would have them check out Fox Hill Park. It rests at the top of West Summerlin and captures an amazing view of the city, but if you didn’t hear about it, you would never know!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Having dropped out of college in my second semester of my freshman year, my experience and mentorship largely comes from my business partner, Blake Wynn (@just_wynn), whose been involved in business since the age of 13 (frankly younger). Thanks to him, I have been able to soak up numerous lessons & the detailed nuances of navigating the business realm, which may appear quite intimidating at times. From how to address unwanted situations to troubleshooting kinks within our process, there’s a lot more to business than just the company itself.
