Hi Carmen, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Being able to take risks can allow you to win big when they pay off but can also set you back a bit if they don’t pay off in the end. But in business you must be able to take risks in order to continue to grow,

What should our readers know about your business?
Our program is rooted and aimed in our theme, “Progress over Perfection”! What sets us apart is we do not believe in cut throat tactics that require us to run campaigns against other programs or athletes, As we realize our growth potential is in teaching a great foundation that lasts for years to come in our athletes. As we grow as a program they to grow their love for cheerleading & dance. The constant balance to achieve greatness is always tested since the general way to grade a programs success is NATIONAL Titles but what about the confidence, inner-personal strength and over all growth an athlete develops during the time they are with us, that is unmeasurable. The over all lesson for us has been that as we grow at our pace we will continue to positively impact our athletes lives day in and day out, building a solid foundation.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our athletes and families for their continued support and belief in our journey. Our parents and families are our best source of marketing as they recommend us to their family, friends and co-workers. Our program provides young athletes the opportunities to learn everything about competitive cheerleading at an affordable price. Our staff pushes our athletes to bring our the very best version of themselves. We pride ourselves in being able to build our athletes from scratch. By our loyal parents support we are able to continue to grown our program.
