We had the good fortune of connecting with Charlton Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Charlton, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
H.E.L.P., Inc Home Equity LifeCare Plan is.. Outsiders in our industry are providers who assist people in paying for their future care. These outsiders have overlooked a tremendous market for those who need their services, as well as our services alike. We have figured out the most unique and best strategy for how one can pay for future care services. Our strategy has been endorsed by several prestigious government organizations. They have all but said, “American senior homeowners need our H.E.L.P.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud of the reputation that I have earned over the past 35 years. They can entrust their future care and their finances under our care. One of our clients said it best, “When it comes to my future care; you are my financial guiding light.” Where I am today is because of a lot of perseverance, hard work, being innovative and most of all, God’s grace. No, it never has been, it’s not now, nor probably ever will be, but it is worth it!
Prayer and patience helped me to overcome the challenges and keeping my eye on the prize.
Rarely I talk about my integrity; I just simply prove it by my actions.
I want the world to know that our brand best serves the people of our community more than our competitors.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
MONDAY – This is my only sure day off from all my responsibilities; I would have them hang out with me at my very comfortable and cozy residence.

TUESDAY – WEDNESDAY – THURSDAY, we would visit LA Live and eat at one of my favorite soul food restaurants, FIXINS’. We would go to WestWood and Santa Monica and eventually eat at El Cholo’s. We’d make the Beverly Hills scene and eat at Natalee Thai’s. No trip would be a trip without visiting Old Town Pasadena and stopping at Houston’s.

FRIDAY – SATURDAY, I would take our wives to Terra Nea and on our way,,we’d stop by the very house/point that gave me the idea for H.E.L.P., INC.

SUNDAY – I would take my friend on a journey to properly and accurately be exposed to the Word of God.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is Who I believe gave me this concept 35 years ago.
