We had the good fortune of connecting with Chelsea Toler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chelsea, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Chelsea Toler – Co-Founder, Co-CEO, & Chief Impact Officer of Logictry
As the Co-CEO and Chief Impact Officer of Logictry, our company is on a mission to scale the world’s wisdom to give everyone the power of choice. We have a vision to provide global access to agency and opportunity.
The most important factor behind my prior success and in the successes we have seen thus far with Logictry is the understanding of the value of building, amplifying, and scaling communities.
While at I Live Here I Give Here, our team understood the value of the donor community and helped scale generosity through Amplify Austin Day which raised $10 Million in 24 Hours for 750 nonprofit organizations for the Central Texas Community.
With launching and serving as the President for the Keep Families Giving (KFG) Foundation, we focused on growing a community of young philanthropists to organize and spearhead intergenerational conversations around the importance and future of impact. Our global summit held in Austin, TX was one of the largest gatherings allowed right before the cancelling of SXSW and pandemic shut down. Many philanthropic efforts around the pandemic transpired as a result of connections made at the KFG Foundation event.
At Logictry we are focused on the expert community and in supporting the expert’s journey to amplify their wisdom through our technology, content platform, and community summits, forums, and curated events. Together we are growing a global community of world leading experts transferring their knowledge through our innovative technology and community platforms. To date we have brought together and highlighted over 3,500 experts through our programs and in hosting the largest World Logic Day in over 33+ countries in partnership with the United Nations.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am most excited about our unique approach to work with world leading experts to capture and share their knowledge with others. Together we can make it possible for people around the world to learn as well as self-teach anything they want on any topic and to truly unlock humanity’s full potential.
A few lessons that I have learned along my professional journey include:
Lesson 1:. Every day, you will be faced with countless decisions, but you can always rely on the power of choice. Both big and small. Some choices may seem insignificant, while others can alter the course of our lives. The power to choose is one of the greatest gifts you can possess. It is your compass, guiding you through the labyrinth of life. Use it wisely. Choose kindness, choose integrity, choose courage, and most importantly, choose to be true to yourself.
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.” These words remind us that our choices shape our destiny. Your future is not a matter of chance, but a matter of choice. Embrace this power and wield it with intention.
Lesson 2: Always stay curious. To make good decisions, you must first cultivate a sense of curiosity about the world around you. Through my intentionality in fostering curiosity, I have carved a unique professional path that allows me to pursue my passions, better humanity, and help others amplify their knowledge to the world.
Albert Einstein once said, “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” In your quest for knowledge and understanding, let curiosity be your guide. Ask questions, seek out new experiences, and remain open to different perspectives. This curiosity will not only enrich your life but also enable you to make thoughtful, informed decisions.
Lesson 3:: Trust Yourself & Let Your Inner Voice Guide You
In a world that is often loud with opinions and advice, it is easy to lose sight of your own inner voice. Yet, within each of us lies a wellspring of wisdom and intuition. Trust it. Trust that you have the strength to overcome obstacles, the resilience to bounce back from failures, and the creativity to find solutions. Trust that you know what is best for you, even when the path is unclear. Self-trust is the bedrock of confidence, and with confidence, you can navigate the uncertainties of life with grace and determination.
In some of the most personal and professional decisions I have had to make throughout my life, listening to my inner voice has always led me down a values aligned path.
Maya Angelou, a woman of profound wisdom, once said, “You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.” Her words remind us of the importance of self-trust and the power within us to shape our destinies. Believe in yourself and let your inner voice be your guide.
Lesson 4: Follow your passions and purpose. Success is not measured by wealth or status, but by fulfillment and joy. What makes you lose track of time? Pursue those things with all your heart. Your passions are not mere hobbies; they are clues to your purpose. They are the breadcrumbs that lead you to a life of meaning and satisfaction. In following your passions, you will not only find personal fulfillment but also contribute to the world in a way that is uniquely yours.
Howard Thurman, a theologian and civil rights leader, said, “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” This quote captures the essence of living a purpose-driven life. When you follow your passions, you bring your full, vibrant self to the world, and in doing so, you make a difference.
For me at Logictry I am lit up by the possibility to capture some of the greatest minds on all topics to help ensure better understanding in the world in alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 16 (social justice and world peace) and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 17 (cross sector collaboration to accomplish the goals).
