We had the good fortune of connecting with Chi Love and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’ve always felt called to matchmaking. When I was in 5th grade I was actively matching my peers in class and encouraging them to pursue their crushes. I tend to be a bit intuitive about who aligns with who but I am honest with my clients and let them know that as a matchmaker, I can predict compatibility but I can’t predict chemistry. I want my clients to feel comfortable with themselves prior to opening up to love. I set realistic expectations for them and want to ensure they are ready for love; mind, body, and soul. What sets me apart is my openness to discuss any topic with my clients. TMI does NOT exist within my working relationships.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My best advice is to show them a good time! Find out what they’re interested in and research events in the area. You can’t go wrong with good food or a comedy show. Laughter is good for the soul. Be open to exploring anything and everything to show your friend a great, well-rounded experience.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My publicist and my clients have been essential to my growth and success. They are the ones pushing me to continue providing quality service. Seeing my ongoing success in matching others and their happiness is what drives and motivates me daily.
