Meet Chloe Street | Life Strategist, Leadership Coach, Wellness Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chloe Street and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chloe, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Success isn’t just about outputs, numbers, or accolades. The true measurement of my success is something far more rewarding – how many people can I bring with me along the way.
When I first started out, I believed that being a leader meant knowing everything and providing all the solutions. As I grew, I discovered that my most significant achievements came not from my expertise, but from my ability to ask the right questions and connect through curiosity. I learned that curiosity is more than a trait; it’s a skill that can be developed and honed.
I began to cultivate this skill deliberately, approaching every interaction with an open mind, engaging with others authentically, bypassing judgment, and mitigating assumptions. This shift created environments where those around me felt inspired to believe in themselves and trust their potential.
Embracing a curiosity-first approach wasn’t just a business strategy; it became my secret weapon. It led to more productive dialogues, better conflict resolution, deeper collaboration, and greater professional success. By connecting with myself and others through a curious mindset, I sustained my motivation, faced my fears, embraced uncertainty, and learned to work smarter, not harder.
I’ve found that the most fulfilling measure of success is not what I achieve alone, but how many lives I can positively impact, empowering others to succeed alongside me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In this ever-changing world where screens dominate our interactions and “connection” often means a Wi-Fi signal, the need for community and purposeful interactions has never been more critical. That’s where Human To Human (HTH) comes in. HTH isn’t just a business—it’s a movement that amplifies the power of connection through leadership coaching, wellness consulting, and immersive employee engagement experiences.
Businesses are living, breathing entities with three vital parts:
Mind = Leadership (company vision)
Body = Employees (performers and doers)
Soul = Culture (work environment and values)
This holistic approach is the cornerstone to my methodology in all professional and personal development. My strategy is simple: connect your employees to their untapped potential. Through tactical guidance and personalized support, I help individuals and teams discover their “game changers” — the tools, skills, and mindsets that ignite positive change and unveil new possibilities.
I didn’t always see the world this way. My career started and evolved in Corporate America in Human Resources. At each company, position, event industry, I secretly studied the rules of motivation and behavioral tendencies. Outwardly, I appeared to be successful, however inside I could not quiet the subtle rumblings that led me to question my corporate success and its correlation to my happiness and life satisfaction. Then things snowballed, in the best of ways :).
Off I went on an epic adventure of self-discovery that eventually gave rise to a deeper purpose within me. As I continued to deepen my relationship with myself, I began to experience life differently, realizing that the quality of my life both personally and professionally had meaningfully improved. With a heavy dose of courage and a few certifications later, I merged my professional skillset with my insatiable passion, and began teaching others what I most needed to learn–how to get out of your own way and create an inspired life.
Now, as the CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of HTH, I’m on a mission to help others rediscover the joy of being human. A product that gives life to my cause is the HTH card game, 100 question prompts; conversation starters designed to bring people together and unlock meaningful conversations. The game is your passport to a world where play meets personal growth and enhanced relationships. It fosters authenticity and vulnerability, creating memorable moments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
To many my path appeared seamless, but the road wasn’t and hasn’t been easy. It never is. Transitioning from a secure and predictable job to entrepreneurship, a landmine of the unknown, was breeding ground for immense self-doubt. But, I’ve proved to myself that your inner world shapes your outer reality and it’s not about having everything figured out, but rather taking your first step (or any step forward, for that matter) and building self-awareness along the way. Determined to make use of my commitment to introspection, I learned how to choose courage over fear, how to embrace discomfort as a sign of growth, and how to view challenges not as problems but as opportunities to acquire new skills.
Outside of the corporate world, my offer suite includes life coaching, sound healing, and a variety of yoga teaching.
At the heart of everything I do lies the fundamental belief that connection is the gateway to opportunity so I’m here to make connection accessible to all!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First of all, planning an itinerary for a visitor is my JAM. My favorite hobby is sharing what I love about the city with the people that I love. My itineraries are usually a perfect mix of planned activities and spontaneous discoveries.
We’d kick off with a day in Topanga, hiking the scenic trails that showcase LA’s stunning natural beauty. Lunch at Cafe27 would follow, offering a chance to reset our nervous systems and soak in the laid-back California vibe. The day would culminate with a beautiful sunset at Point Dume in Malibu, followed by dinner at MoonShadows, where we’d enjoy ocean views and fresh seafood.
The next day would be all about the West Side. Starting with a yoga class at my favorite studio, Shefa Yoga in Venice. Coffee and Breakfast at Gjusta would fuel us for a leisurely beach walk, along the coast. Then we’d explore Abbot Kinney and grab an fun dinner in Santa Monica.
On day three, we’d head over to the East Side, beginning with matcha at Maru and breakfast at Courage Bagels, then a walk through Griffith Park for panoramic city views and a visit to the iconic Observatory. We’d cap off the day with dining at All Time in Los Feliz.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have to say my dad, who has been my greatest support system and the key to my success! His ever-present encouragement and love have been instrumental in shaping who I am today. He reminds me to celebrate every small victory, often saying ‘Every win is a giant win!’ and constantly reaffirming that nothing stands in my way. What makes his support special is how he recognizes not just my accomplishments, but also the drive, resilience, and effort behind each one. Through his mentorship, I’ve come to understand the personal satisfaction of believing in yourself and the fearlessness required to pursue your dreams. I am infinitely grateful for his presence in my life and for the values he has instilled in me as I change the world!
