We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Ace and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chris, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I have the habit to all time chasing opportunities. As soon as I see I can make something out of it I’ll take my chance and try. In the majority of the case it’s a failure, but that’s also how I got my feet in the music industry. Keep trying over and over.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The gig in my career who I’m the most proud of it, is when I was the personal photographer of Dolly Parton for the Grammy. It was definitely a huge challenge since that time she was personality of the year.
It was really impressive and incredible, I’m beyond thankful for that.

When I think about, about all the process, I really want give this advice : try over and over even if it takes you to send 100 mails per day everyday with no or negative answers. Just try again.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, I love Rock’N’Roll. So I’d start with the Rainbow bar and grill, cause it’s a monument of the history of rock, after that I would probably eat at Carney’s cause they have the best burgers and I would finish the night at the Sunset Marquis I think if I could live over there I would take a yearly room, I love this place so much, I’d say it is probably my favorite ever, the ambiance and the food are incredible.
It’s pretty much my LA routine.

The first one is my wife Manou, cause she is all time pushing me to go further and she helped me a lot on many points for my career.

The second one is Trace Cyrus, who gave me a chance to creat sets for his social media and Albums covers.
