Hi Christiano, how does your business help the community?
Queer Quest is the world’s first online training and coaching platform dedicated to the queer community. We bring people from the LGBTQIA+ community together in a safe and comfortable environment so they can show up as they are and go on a journey of healing, growth, and transformation. It is a community of queer people from all over the world who want to go deeper into their journey as a queer person and learn from queer experts on health, fitness, wellness, dating, relationships, self-care, career, business, finances, spirituality, mental and emotional health, queer identity, and much much more. Through one easy to use online platform you have access to short courses and programs available to you to help you become the most authentic, happy, proud, and successful version of yourself. It is a place to find your tribe, build your community, and feel a part of something that is positive, uplifitng, and entertaining at the same time. Learn, grow, and evolve from queer experts who know the path you’ve walked and see you, hear, you, understand you, and validate you for the amazing human that you are. At Queer Quest we believe that you are a multi-faceted human being and that going on a journey of self-discovery and acceptance is a lifelong journey and that focusing on your holistic health as a queer person is essential part of truly loving the skin that you are in.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the CEO and Founder of Queer Quest which is the world’s first online training and coaching for the queer community. I am also a transformation coach for people in the queer community. I am most proud of the fact that I have always has a vision, mission, and purpose that feels bigger than myself and one that is about uplifting and empowering people in the LGBTQIA+ community. I left a high-paying corporate career to go out and follow my purpose and passion of coaching queer people in all areas of life. I am a big believer in holistic health, and feel it is essential as queer people to look at ourselves and our lives holistically. It has been a challening ride, with lots of struggles along the way, including dealing with hate, discrimination, and at times I wanted to quit. The reason I am still here is because my mission is bigger than me and that everytime I thought about giving it up, something from deep within would give me the strength to find the answer that I needed to overcome the struggle. I truly believe every setback is a setup for something bigger and what I want the world to know about Queer Quest is that we are a strong community of queer people who believe in making the world a better place for all queer people to live in, be safe, and to be authentically who they are which is loved.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love West Hollywood and believe there are so many amazing restaurants, bars, and clubs to visit with some of the best entertainment around. Got to go hiking, got to visit a drag show, got to hire a car and go and explore. It is a city unlike any other in the world.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shoutout to all the queer people that came before me that have had to go through the hard times, the ones that fought for our rights, and those that continue to fight for our rights to love who we love, be who we are, express ourselves as we please, and be overall fabulous human beings. If it wasn’t for those who came before us, we would not be in the place that we are. There is a long way to go to get equality across the globe, and I am grateful that I can now carry that torch and do my part to get where we need to be as a community and as humans.
