Meet Dr. Christina Jerger | Female Embodiment & Femininity Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Christina Jerger and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, what’s one piece of conventional advice that you disagree with?

Let’s talk feminism. It’s absolutely great to fight for gender equality in terms of societal appreciation, salaries, rights. Totally support that. However, what I disagree with is the way how equality gets achieved: ambitious women literally have to become masculine. In terms of working hard for success, doing more for being more, suppressing emotions, senses and their intuition for logic and physical abilities. All very masculine traits, behaviors, and looks that dominate the leadership spaces. The softer and kind feminine still gets labelled as weak and unprofessional in the workplace. As a consequence, 46% of women in business feel burned out (source: Deloitte 2022), are exhausted from constantly overperforming, and chasing success. Ambitious women crave more than ever to let go of the constant stress around achievements and success. Further, being more of a masculine business woman shows up in unfulfilling relationships, menstrual and fertility problems, dating passive men, and just not feeling sexy and purely feminine anymore. This requires a mindset shift, as being feminine doesn’t make them a less of a business woman.

How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I once was this masculine woman constantly hustling in my corporate career and chasing tasks and people. One day, I looked into the mirror and saw a woman who was tired AF, and carried herself in a harsh, unemotional, and masculine way. Suffering from a burnout, career challenges, less intimate relationships, and a low sex drive, I couldn’t ignore my sensual feminine side any longer. Through coaching and therapy I got her back. Today, I’m happier and healthier than ever. I put all the wisdom and my most promising strategies into my amazing coaching programs. As a female embodiment and femininity coach I teach the shortcut to femininity as I know that ambitious women are always busy. With my coaching programs I help other high achieving women and female entrepreneurs to become more feminine while working hard. I make those women magnetic for aligned opportunities and abundance so that life and business comes easily.

What habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Being feminine is a strength and superpower and it unfolds when women are more in alignment with themselves. Embodying my feminine actually helped me with succeeding in my business. Habits of a feminine business woman include e.g. taking time for self-care to reconnect, balancing masculine and feminine energies to burn out less likely, using cycle syncing as work productivity tool, and making decisions based on intuition and senses rather than on logic only. My femininity coaching comes as luxurious self-care for business women. They get to know, start to glow, and admire themselves in a completely new way. This sets them apart as successful professionals and entrepreneurs in the business world.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
SPOT #1 – Venice: start the day with a brunch at iconic The Rose Venice on Rose Ave. Go to the beach after to get some sun, walk along the white sandy beach and watch the skaters doing crazy tricks at the Venice Beach Skatepark. Afterwards, mingle at The Waterfront Venice while having some fresh oysters.

SPOT #2 – Hollywood: get a coffee to-go from Mad Lab Hollywood (try their Dreamsicle latte) and walk along the Hollywood Blvd. Find Marilyn Monroe’s star on the Walk of Fame. In the evening, it’s time to dress up and have a great sushi dinner at the fanciest and sexiest Asian restaurant in LA named TAO.

SPOT #3 – Beverly Hills: go for some shopping at The Grove or Rodeo Drive. And drive along the beautiful alleys (of course it’s the best in a cabriolet on a sunny day in LA) and get mesmerized by the palm trees and chic houses.

SPOT #4 – DTLA: Head over to DTLA and enjoy big city vibes from the best rooftop at Cara Cara for some fancy drinks. Watch the skyline get illuminated at night while gathering around the cozy fire pit above the streets of LA.

SPOT #5 – Hollywood Sign: it’s time to go hiking to the Hollywood Sign! Enjoy nature and stunning views over LA. Later, have a nice picnic while watching the sunset from the Griffith Observatory. Then get ready to dance the night away in WeHo.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

My shoutout goes to LA. It’s not a single person or place or encounter that inspired me the most, it’s the whole city that deserves my recognition. When I first came to LA, I actually arrived without many expectations. I knew it as the epicenter of the film industry. And everyone living there might be a famous actor, right?

It’s by far so much more than that! It’s all the creative vibes, the incredible ambience radiating endless curiosity and craziness over SoCal. If you can dream it, you can do it! The drive of all Californian locals making their dreams come true and creating their own empires, often makes me speechless. If you live in LA, you can feel it, everywhere you go: this entrepreneurial spirit, the cravings for creating something new that has never existed before, and the unshakeable trust in your idea to make it successful.

Whether I met actors waiting in a diner for their next rehearsal and we had a chat about life. The owner of a multi-figure chauffeur business driving me on the weekend and letting me know what is possible if you’d just start. Famous singers and songwriters in a restaurant, designers on an event, film makers chilling at a pool party before heading back to the set. I’ve never met such a variety of creative people in one place, they all came with a message.

LA is pure inspiration for me and that’s sexy. And chatting with all of those inspiring LA people motivated me to follow my own dreams, keep going, and do what I feel called for. I’m super grateful that I’ve found this place and appreciate LA as a never ending source of inspiration.
