Meet Christina Pirard | Intuitive Life Coach and Spiritual Healer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Pirard and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christina, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
The idea for my business didn’t come to me all at once—it evolved over time through a series of experiences that I believe I was spiritually guided to go through. I originally started out as a personal trainer, helping people strengthen their bodies and feel confident in their physical health. Over time, though, I began to notice that true, lasting transformation wasn’t just physical. My own journey through personal hardships, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening revealed to me that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected.
As I continued working with clients, I found myself naturally coaching them through emotional blocks, life transitions, and patterns of self-sabotage. This led me to study even more deeply, eventually earning my Master’s Degree in Psychology, which gave me the tools to help people heal on a much deeper, more integrated level. That’s when things really started to click—my work wasn’t just about fitness anymore. It had become about supporting people in aligning every part of themselves so they could live fully, love themselves deeply, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Now, while I still offer personal training, my focus has expanded into intuitive life coaching and spiritual healing. I teach and embody the mind-body-spirit connection in everything I do. My business has grown into a heart-led practice where I guide others through the same kind of inner transformation I experienced—helping them heal from within, reconnect with their true selves, and create lives that feel aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my authenticity. I’m not here to follow a formula or pretend to be someone I’m not—I’m here to share my personal story and help others in a way that feels real, heart-centered, and grounded in truth. I’m not someone who naturally seeks the spotlight, but I’ve learned to step forward because I know that my voice and experiences can truly make a difference in people’s lives. One of my deepest missions is to help others find self-love. I believe that when we heal from within and learn to genuinely love ourselves, we open the door to every other kind of love and fulfillment—whether that’s in relationships, purpose, or peace of mind.
My approach is rooted in compassion, intuition, and resilience. I meet my clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and offer support that empowers them to transform from the inside out. I’m most proud of the fact that I never gave up, even when the path was unclear or difficult. I went through major life transitions—including a divorce and the emotional and financial uncertainty that came during the COVID-19 pandemic—but I kept moving forward, trusting the process and continuing to do the inner work.
Building my business wasn’t easy. I faced personal and professional challenges, and there were times I questioned whether I was on the right path. But what kept me going was my commitment to growth and the understanding that my story, including the struggles, was part of my purpose. Over time, I discovered that what people resonated with most wasn’t perfection—it was my willingness to be real, vulnerable, and human.
I’m excited about how my business continues to grow, especially as I’ve expanded my reach through social media. Putting myself out there wasn’t always comfortable, but I knew it was necessary to share my message with more people. Every message I receive from someone who feels seen, supported, or inspired because of something I shared makes it all worth it.
At the core, I want the world to know that my brand is built from the heart. I’m not just a coach or healer—I’m someone who has walked through fire and come out the other side with wisdom to share. My mission is to help others rise, heal, and love themselves deeply. Because the greatest truth I’ve learned is this: true love begins within. Self-love is the foundation for everything else in life—and I’m here to help guide others back to that truth.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting LA for a week, I’d want to give her the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, good food, and beautiful views—especially near the ocean, which is one of my favorite places to be. We’d definitely spend a day in Manhattan Beach, soaking in the sun, walking along the pier, and catching the sunset. I’d take her to The Strand House for a delicious meal with one of the best ocean views in the area—it’s one of my go-to spots.
For hiking, I’d give her a choice. If she wants the classic LA experience and a peek at the Hollywood sign, we could head to Runyon Canyon or Griffith Park. But if she’s anything like me and prefers a more peaceful, scenic hike with ocean views, I’d take her somewhere in Malibu or along one of the beautiful coastal trails where the mountains meet the sea. There’s nothing quite like breathing in that salty ocean air while surrounded by nature.
Back in town, we’d explore some of my favorite spots around Pasadena. I’d take her to The Cellar, a cool underground wine library that feels like a hidden gem, or to The Tap Room at The Langham, which has a chic, cozy vibe and great cocktails with light bites—perfect for a girls’ night out. We’d also head out to Santa Monica for a meal at Meat on Ocean, where the food is amazing (especially the French fries and steak), and the view of the Pacific is the perfect backdrop. Another favorite spot of mine is the rooftop bar at the Huntington Beach Waterfront Resort, where we’d enjoy drinks and food while overlooking the ocean from way up high.
And if we wanted to get out of the city for a day or two, I’d take her wine tasting in Santa Barbara or the Santa Ynez Valley near Los Olivos, which would be the perfect way to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the California coast. The combination of rolling vineyards, great wine, and peaceful surroundings makes it a magical escape.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
During a very difficult time in my life, my father found a book called Angel Watch by Katherine Lanigan on an airplane and brought it home to me. That book changed everything. It introduced me to the idea of angelic guidance through signs, dreams, divine nudges, and the unseen support that surrounds us—and it was truly the spark that set me on my spiritual journey. Not long after, I came across You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, and that book helped me understand the power of our thoughts, beliefs, and energy in shaping our lives. It gave me hope and showed me that healing was possible, even after deep emotional pain. Louise Hay’s message resonated so strongly with me that it planted the seed of a dream—to one day become a globally recognized spiritual healer and published author with Hay House, the very publishing company she founded. I hope to use my story and work to reach people on a deeper level, reminding them that healing from within—and learning to truly love themselves—is the key to transformation and lasting change.
I’ve also been incredibly blessed to learn from and work with amazing women who have helped shape my path. When I began my Reiki journey, I trained under Kathy Golden, a deeply gifted and compassionate teacher who not only passed on the practice but also helped me heal wounds I didn’t even know I was carrying. Later, I had the privilege of working with intuitive life coach Bridget Mendelman, whose wisdom and insight guided me through major breakthroughs and transitions. Both Kathy and Bridget have been powerful lights on my path, and I carry the lessons I’ve learned from them into every session I now offer my own clients. I am forever grateful to Katherine Lanigan, Louise Hay, Kathy Golden, and Bridget Mendelman for the profound impact they’ve had on my life and the inspiration they continue to give me on this journey.
