We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher Noland and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christopher, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
The guide on how to invest in property with little to no money down remotely is designed for anyone to benefit from, but it was actually inspired by some residents in Milwaukee. I contacted the residents because I was interested in investing in the area, and their number one complaint was that investors do not take care of the properties. I asked them if they had ever considered investing in their own neighborhood or why they think the homeownership rate is so low, and they said, quite frankly, that most people lack financial literacy. This gave me the idea to create a financial literacy program focused on financing so that people who don’t necessarily want to become landlords can buy their own property and possibly their own home. With high prices and high-interest rates, I have found ways for people to circumvent these challenges. The program teaches them how to finance and find financing, but also how to find properties under market value before they hit the market so they don’t have to spend a lot of money. Much of it is focused on seller financing or finding foreclosures or properties that need renovation, which they can profit from while also increasing the housing inventory.
This way communities can benefit from homeownership in their local areas and investors can find areas with cash flowing properties. While they to be a conflict, the issue at hand is if the neighborhood doesn’t essentially start buying into itself it needs someone who can and will.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m Christopher Robert Noland, a dedicated real estate professional and developer working in both Washington and California. Over the past 20 years, I’ve established myself as a key player in the real estate market by offering comprehensive services that cater to the unique needs of my clients. My approach to real estate is defined by a deep understanding of the industry, the strategic use of cutting-edge technology, and a strong commitment to delivering personalized service. I have vast knowledge of creative financing for investors and homeowners to utilize in this challenging market
What sets me apart is my ability to to teach someone how or buy property via creative financing with little to no money down and streamline the buying and selling process, making it more efficient and less stressful for my clients. The ability to find off market properties that are in pre foreclosure, fixer uppers are all opportunities for people to get into real estate without a large price tag. I tech people how to find and source the properties and how to find and source the funds to flip it or turn it into a rental property. Everything from seller financing to assurance loans, I teach every plausible scenario so people can choose their path in this industry. With a team equipped with years of experience and the latest tools, we focus on creating an enjoyable and seamless experience for everyone involved.

I believe that everyone should have a home or the ability to buy property. I think the financial education should be more readily available in schools instead of “you’re lucky if you learn it” from someone. Housing is currently expensive because we have shortage of inventory. If more people knew how to invest and build more inventory, housing prices would come down. It’s simple supply and demand. Most people assume housing is expensive because of inflation but housing is expensive because we are 5 years behind in inventory from the last financial crash and we never caught up.

Housing should also be more futuristic as our current wood frame housing takes a lot of materials, time and money to build. Experimentation has begun with 3d printed homes but I’m not sure I’m sold on the look

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Imagine you’re planning a perfect day in Orange County, California, starting with a morning stroll along the iconic Huntington Beach Pier. The sun is just beginning to rise, casting a warm glow over the Pacific Ocean as surfers catch the early waves. You grab a coffee from a local café and take in the fresh sea breeze, watching as the beach slowly comes to life with joggers, dog walkers, and families setting up for a day of sunbathing.

As the morning progresses, you head over to the charming city of Laguna Beach. The coastal town’s stunning coves and cliffs are perfect for exploring, so you take a hike through the scenic Heisler Park, which offers panoramic views of the ocean and access to hidden beaches. Afterward, you wander through the art galleries and boutiques that line the streets, eventually stopping for lunch at one of the local eateries where you enjoy fresh seafood with a view of the ocean.

In the afternoon, you make your way to the famous Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. The excitement builds as you step through the gates of Disneyland Park, where the magic of childhood memories and the thrill of new adventures await. You hop on classic rides like Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean, meet beloved characters, and indulge in a churro as you stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. For a more relaxed pace, you cross over to Disney California Adventure Park, where you can enjoy a more modern, laid-back vibe, exploring themed lands like Cars Land and Pixar Pier.

As the sun sets, you drive down the Pacific Coast Highway to Newport Beach. You rent a Duffy boat at the harbor and cruise around the calm waters of Newport Bay, admiring the luxurious waterfront homes and the peaceful atmosphere. The boat ride is the perfect way to unwind after an eventful day.

For dinner, you decide to stop at one of the waterfront restaurants in the upscale Lido Marina Village. As you enjoy a delicious meal, the lights from the yachts and the marina reflect off the water, creating a serene and picturesque setting. The day ends with a walk along the beach under the stars, the sound of the waves lapping against the shore as you reflect on the beautiful day spent in Orange County.

This storybook day in Orange County offers a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and a little bit of magic, leaving you with unforgettable memories.
