We had the good fortune of connecting with Craig Rosevear and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Craig, what role has risk played in your life or career?
For me, the transition from a thriving real estate career in Australia to the heart of luxury in California was not just a leap of ambition but a calculated embrace of strategic risk. As a successful agent back home, the allure of Beverly Hills beckoned with promises of unparalleled opulence and high-stakes deals. Uprooting my family—complete with our beloved cat—from the shores of Australia was a daring move, driven by a thirst for new challenges and greater rewards. It was more than a mere relocation; it was about backing my skills, experience, and abilities, and seizing opportunities.

Taking risks has been the cornerstone of my journey, both in my career in real estate and previously in the music industry. Reflecting on my transition a decade ago from a successful career in music to real estate, it’s evident that each calculated risk has propelled me forward in unexpected ways. Just as in the music industry, where I connected people through the universal language of music, I now specialize in what I call “rockstar properties”—homes that resonate with their own unique charm and allure.

Each risk taken has not only shaped my career but has also enriched my family life with invaluable experiences.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’ve always had a passion for connecting people. In my previous career as a musician, I thrived on introducing fans to new bands and recommending talented musicians to aspiring artists. Now, in my journey through real estate, I’ve come to realize that my ability to perfectly connect people with property is what truly sets me apart. It forms the foundation of everything I do in this field.
