Meet Daniel Lieberman | CEO & Co-Founder Viral Hub Marketing

We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Lieberman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daniel, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my own business was driven by a desire to create something that aligned with my values, both in terms of family and the quality of service. I wanted to build a company that wasn’t just about transactions or one-off campaigns but was focused on developing long-term partnerships with clients. The goal was to offer a service that truly stands out by exceeding expectations and delivering more value than what is typically offered by other agencies. It’s about building trust, understanding the unique needs of each client, and ensuring that the people we serve feel valued and understood, much like how I prioritize my own family.
Beyond that, part of my motivation was the idea of leaving a legacy for my family—something they could be proud of and potentially be a part of in the future. I wanted to create opportunities not just for myself but for my loved ones, so we could work together, support each other, and build something meaningful as a family. It’s about creating a lasting impact that goes beyond business success, making sure my family has a foundation they can rely on and contribute to for generations to come.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career journey has been anything but straightforward. After spending over 25 years in the service industry, working for various corporations, I faced one of the biggest turning points in my life when I lost my job. That moment, although challenging, opened up a new path for me. It gave me the chance to dive into the world of social media, where I learned the ins and outs of the business. That experience, combined with my extensive background in service, became the foundation for what I’m doing today.
What sets us apart is that we are not just about transactional campaigns—we are about building long-term partnerships with our clients and creators. Our focus is on providing best-in-class service and putting our clients and creators first, always. We strive to understand their needs, be available for them, and deliver solutions that go beyond their expectations. Our goal is to create relationships that are built on trust, support, and genuine care, not just one-off interactions.
I am most proud of the fact that I’ve been able to take this passion and turn it into a family-oriented business. It’s not just about growing a company; it’s about creating a legacy, working alongside my loved ones, and building something we all believe in. My vision is to make sure that when companies work with us, they recognize the difference—an experience that is centered on exceptional service, dedication, and a personal touch that sets us apart.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. There were challenges, setbacks, and a lot of learning along the way. But those experiences taught me resilience, the importance of adaptability, and the value of surrounding myself with the right people. What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is that we are here to make a real difference. We’re not just another agency; we’re a partner that cares deeply about delivering above-and-beyond service. We leverage my years of experience in both social media and service to provide a level of care, expertise, and dedication that you won’t find elsewhere. For us, it’s all about creating long-lasting relationships and ensuring that every interaction with our clients and creators leaves a lasting positive impact.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my wife, my family, and my co-partner, my son Rafi. Their unwavering support, love, and encouragement have been the backbone of everything we’re building. My wife has been my rock, always standing by my side and believing in our vision even during tough times. Her support has been invaluable as we continue to grow this business.
Working alongside my son as my co-partner has been a dream come true. It’s not just about building a business; it’s about building it with family, creating something that we can all be proud of together. The opportunity to work with my family and share this journey & success with them is something I’ll always treasure especially as more of my children start to work with me. I truly couldn’t do it without the dedication and partnership of my loved ones, and for that, they deserve all the credit and recognition in my story
