Hi Daniel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Authenticity. Hands down this is the most important aspect of business especially in the real estate world. Many people try too hard to be something they are not. This is so apparent to people and everyone around you. Stop being someone else. Stop trying to solve the problem the way the other guy did. Stop trying to create a brand that isnt you, stop chasing money and the physical component of success. Success lives internal and authentic behavior will always prevail.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’ve been in sales for over 15 years, and my journey has been nothing short of incredible. I started in sales at just 12 years old, which taught me the value of hard work, persistence, and building meaningful relationships early on. Before real estate, I had the opportunity to work in the music industry alongside some of the biggest names at Capitol Records and Republic Records, which gave me invaluable experience in negotiation, collaboration, and working with top-tier professionals. Those lessons became the foundation of my success in real estate.

Since starting my real estate career, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate sales, leasing, and acquisitions with a results-driven approach and a focus on integrity. Along the way, I’ve earned recognition for landmark deals and delivering an exceptional client experience, which has led to repeat business and long-lasting relationships. I’m proud of the accolades I’ve received, but what means the most to me is knowing that I’ve helped people achieve their goals—whether it’s finding their dream property or securing a successful investment.

Giving back is also incredibly important to me. Through fundraising for Los Angeles fire relief and other community efforts, I’m passionate about making a positive impact where I can. I love what I do, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, both personally and professionally. Every step of my journey, from the music industry to real estate, has shaped me into the professional I am today, and I’m excited to continue making a difference in the Los Angeles market.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m partially indifferent to Beverly Hills. I love the glitz and glamour of it and I am a proud resident as well. There is so much history in the city of L.A and surrounding area. I love all of it. I love the westside, dogtown, Santa Monica and Venice. Venice beach and pier is where I go when I need a bit of a decompressing and remove myself from the hustle and bustle of the city. West Hollywood is my go to for trendy restaurants and bars on weekdays and weekends like the rooftop at the Edition, Delilah Supper Club and Didi Restaurant.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Ive been selling luxury homes for almost 15 years. 5 years ago I started mingling and working with my partner Aaron Kirman. None of the success I have achieved in the last year years would be possible without the guidance, mentorship, support and direction of Aaron. He is an absolute genius. One of the smartest most hard working intelligent people I know. Im pretty good at reading people and have been a master of social networking but when you step into a room with Aaron, he commands it. He is a true CEO and i am blessed and lucky to be apart of the ride.
