We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniela Guerra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Daniela, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting my own business in the financial services industry stems from a combination of recognizing an unmet market need, the lack of education in our community, the opportunity for personal and professional growth and the passion I have for helping others. I’ve always had a strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, to help others achieve financial security and peace of mind by ensuring that families are financially protected after an untimely death or a critical, chronicle life event while they are still living can be deeply rewarding. Many people don’t know enough about life insurance options, financial planning, or investment strategies. Life insurance, when correctly understood and used, can be a powerful tool for securing a family’s future. Many business owners enter this space driven by the goal of providing essential services that could positively impact people’s lives. Owning your own business means you have the flexibility to set your own goals and create the company culture you’ve always dreamed of. Think big, dream big, believe big and the result will be BIG. “All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them”. – Walt Disney. My Mission is to continue to develop, grow, inspire and empower others, to leave a legacy for our kids and the generations to come. To build leaders and live a life of significance because value is not measured by how much money you make but by the size of the problem you can solve.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business specializes in helping people get educated through strategies and ideas on different financial vehicles, aiming to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ financial well-being. Our services cover a broad spectrum, including wealth management, retirement planning, life insurance, and debt solutions. What sets us apart from others in the industry is our personalized, holistic approach. There isn’t a one-size fits all, we take time to understand our clients’ life goals, values, and family dynamics to create a financial plan that aligns with their vision and goals for the future in order to protect their legacy.

Our client-first philosophy is key. We focus on building long-term relationships and believe in transparency, trust, and education. We educate and tailor each strategy to the unique needs and desires of our clients. We sit with our clients and walk them through every step of the process, answering all of their questions. Additionally, our deep understanding of the industry gives us an edge in offering expertise that goes beyond what you might find elsewhere. We are proud to say that we provide our clients with protection, offering products that can not be outlived – providing independence. Protecting the income if someone becomes sick or disabled – preserving dignity and providing a legacy when people pass away.

What excites me most is seeing the tangible impact we have on our clients’ lives and being able to provide this wonderful opportunity to become an entrepreneur to anyone that is willing to put in the work and make it successful. When we’ve helped someone retire comfortably, send a child to college without taking on debt, or reach their financial freedom goals, it’s incredibly rewarding. We’re proud of our team’s ability to discuss financial topics and make them accessible and understandable, empowering clients to take control of their futures. We’ve also cultivated a culture that values ongoing learning and adapting to new financial strategies and market trends, which keeps us excited about the possibilities for our clients’ success.

The journey to where we are today was far from easy. In the early days, like many entrepreneurs, we faced challenges like building trust, finding clients, and navigating an often volatile market. One of the biggest hurdles was learning how to balance the technical side of finance with the human aspect of client relationships. Overcoming this meant investing in both personal development and professional expertise. It isn’t always smooth sailing, but we learned that resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to serving others would carry us through. We’ve grown our client base through referrals, which is a testament to the trust and satisfaction our clients have with our services. A big Thank you to our clients for our success, without them we wouldn’t be here.

Throughout this journey we’ve learend that trust is key, financial services are built on trust. If clients don’t trust you, they won’t work with you. Building that trust takes time, but it’s invaluable once it’s earned. Communication is crucial, no matter how good your strategies or plans are, they won’t be effective if you can’t communicate them clearly to clients. Transparency and ongoing communication are the foundation of strong relationships. Always put your clients’ needs and interests first. Success will follow when you focus on providing value and not just on closing a deal. Mission over commission. Persistence pays off, there were times we faced setbacks, but persistence, creativity, and a long-term view made all the difference. Challenges are just opportunities to learn and improve.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Uuuu this I can say would be one of my favorites because I enjoy time with friends, great conversations and off course amazing food along with beautiful places. We would start with Nature, a beautiful walk in the Los Angeles crest mountains Gabrielino Trail in Altadena Ca. to disconnect and catch up. Then we would go to breakfast to enjoy some good pancakes with steak at Heavenly Pancakes in San Fernando. After some good food we would hit up our favorite store at our favorite shopping center TJ Maxx in Granada Hills. Followed by lunch in the same shopping center, some amazing sushi at Zeñor Sushi or Xevichez Sushi. To adventure out and enjoy some fine wine we would go to the Agua Dulce winery in Agua Dulce. Our go to and favorite Dinner spots are Castaway in Burbank and Yamatos in Santa Clarita, it’s always great to get a show while having dinner. To finish the week we would have a home made Carne Asada (Meat from Vallarta Supermarket Arachera) in our back yard with some spanish rice, guacamole and salad.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this shout out to some of the people in my life that have made a huge impact. Starting with my husband for always pushing me to do & be better, for the endless conversations, late night sessions, for always learning and transferring your knowledge to our children and I, for calling me out when I’m not right and holding me accountable, for the support with our kids. Thank you for always having my back no matter what, I appreciate you more than words can tell. To my kids Nia & Mario Jr for sharing their mother with a million other people and understanding Mommy is working hard to lead them in the right path, to leave them a legacy and allow them to continue to dream big and live the life they want without limitations. To one of my greatest mentors, boss and friend Kobi (The real shark), for the opportunity to learn, grow, and lead. For showing me and pushing me to think outside the box and into the future, to go after anything you want without fear and doubt, and to always do it with an end goal in mind. To Ruben & Valerie Meza for believing in me since day one, for the time poured into us, for mentoring us from far and standing by our side no matter how hard it got. To my sister-in-law Daisy for becoming my business partner and joining me on this journey to educate other and ourselves on Financial Freedom.
