Meet Danni Gyrl | CEO & Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Danni Gyrl and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Danni, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk taking is part of life so if I can envision the end goal, I’ll take a chance at it. There’s no such thing as failure. You have experiences to learn from and improve on to take another crack at it. My very first risk career wise was starting my company, D’vine Management and Entertainment Group LLC (DMEG LLC). I wanted to start an entertainment company that covered various spectrums of the industry to help independent creatives. My biggest risk was in 2016 when I took $400, my clothes and my car and moved to Las Vegas to rebrand myself. My biggest risk was my best move so I’m not scared to jump in and see what happens. People unknowingly or unconsciously take chances and risk their lives everyday when they step out of the house. You might as well go big!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets my companies services apart from most businesses is we cater to your needs and your budget. Our company was created to make sure that creatives (artists) have the resources they need to further their careers and get to the next level, no matter their financial situation. What also sets us apart from others is how we structure our events. Our events are made to cater to several types of creatives at one time. We offer a place to give exposure to singers, musicians, clothing and jewelry designers, models, artists, chefs, and any one else with talent. We encourage creatives to come showcase themselves in an environment with other creatives from across the country. It was an adventure getting this far, and it definitely wasn’t easy but I did it by staying focused, putting God first and always being honest when doing business. I’ve stayed persistent and consistent along the way and never gave up, even when it got hard. I pray and meditate and keep going. I’ve learned to trust my instincts and believe in myself. In 2023 I joined Worldwide Fleet DJs Coalition and recently became the California State Manager for which has been an amazing experience so far. Overcoming challenges to get to where I am has been hard but I have always stayed true to my heart. One thing, I want everyone to know is my name Danni Gyrl (Danni with I, Gyrl with the Y) and to keep looking for out me. This is only the beginning!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite spots to hang out are the beaches. Long Beach isn’t a long drive from my house so that’s always a quick retreat to eat and have a few drinks. I also like Santa Monica Pier and driving along the coast to check out the ocean views. I have a few local spots I like eat at, a few being Koi Thai Cuisine and Carnaby Fish and Chips both in La Puente. I love Fred’s Bakery in Los Angeles on Robertson Blvd. There are also a couple inner city places I visit often. One being Mom’s BBQ on Imperial Blvd and the other being Happy Fish on Manchester. I have so many places I like to go hang out and eat and have drinks. Los Angeles is such a big place that it’s hard to narrow it down. I’m a person who doesn’t mind driving 30-45 minutes for good food. I also like to check out the local spots where indie artists and indie bands can be found.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In my particular story there are a few ppl who deserve a shout out for various reasons. First of all , my sons, Andrew and Aundra’ played the biggest part by allowing me to sacrifice time with them to chase my dreams. That was a hard decision to make and they allowed me to make it and never felt neglected by my absence. My little brother Daunier, has been there as well. They have definitely been my BIGGEST supporters. Bam Alexander, “Mr Jazz” Brown and the late “Uncle Chucc” Hamilton, did a lot of advising, guiding, encouraging and co-signing for me to be able to get in to different spaces. They were a constant from day one, advising with everything Ive done. January 2023, Uncle Chucc passed but he left me with a lot of knowledge and I’m forever grateful. Bam and Mr Jazz still manage to be a phone call away. My best friend Tiffany was the first person who invested time and finances into making my vision come to life. She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. She’s supported me in every endeavor, especially between 2018 and 2020. I wouldn’t be where I am without her. Everybody that has ever worked for me whether short or long term, in any capacity. I wouldn’t have made it this far without them.
