Meet Denise Eileen Fleischer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Denise Eileen Fleischer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Denise Eileen Fleischer, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I’ve loved fashion for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I would dress up in my newest outfits and create pretend runways in the living room, showing off everything I had just picked out with my mom and sister during our weekend shopping trips. I was endlessly inspired by pop icons like Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga—watching their music videos on repeat, captivated by the fashion, the choreography, and the world they created through style and movement.
I was especially drawn to Los Angeles. One of my favorite shows growing up was Victorious, set right in the heart of LA. It painted the city as a place full of talent, creativity, and limitless dreams. To ten-year-old me, it felt like magic—like anything was possible there. That feeling never left.
By high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in fashion marketing. I started researching schools and initially considered New York, but when I discovered the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), everything clicked. Fashion and LA—the perfect combination. It felt like the stars had aligned, bringing together the creative energy I’ve always been drawn to and the city that’s inspired me for so long.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One of the things I am most proud of in my career is creating my TikTok page. One slow September evening, I started filming videos right out of my living room. What started off as something completely for fun turned into my career. I found my passion for content creation, marketing/brand strategy, and project management. It definitely took some time before I began receiving recognition from brands, but I never gave up. Consistency is key and I just kept going. Soon I started receiving PR packages from some of my favorite brands as well as the incredible opportunity to work in the social media department for one of the most well known fashion companies in the world; GUESS? Inc. I’ve created and managed content for many other brands and it’s been such a fun journey. Filming, directing, styling, and modeling in photoshoots are just a few of my favorite things that come with my work as well as creating effective marketing strategies. I’m always looking for new opportunities and am excited for what the future will bring!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh my goodness, I love this question! First stop, breakfast at Bottega Louie in Downtown LA. They have the absolute BEST pastries. Next, Griffith Park. You can’t miss the view of the iconic Hollywood sign and LA’s skyline! Need a quick bite? Let’s go to Erewhon in Beverly Hills. (I highly recommend the Hailey Bieber smoothie and flourless brownies; SO good) While we’re in Beverly Hills, why not do some shopping on Rodeo Drive. Let’s take it down to the Hollywood Walk of Fame next. A trip to LA would be incomplete without all the major landmarks! See all the names of your favorite artists on the stars and take lots of pictures! Now we’re about to head to one of my favorite places for lunch; Carrera Cafe on Melrose Avenue. This adorable spot has some of the best food and coffee ever! AND its located right next to the iconic pink wall, perfect for a cute Instagram picture! What’s a trip to LA without the beach? Venice Beach here we come. It’s always so fun to watch the skaters at the park, see all the art, and explore the canals. Santa Monica is up next and not far from Venice! Let’s go ahead an do another shopping trip at 3rd Street Promenade (because honestly who doesn’t love shopping). Time for dinner- at The Penthouse located in the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. (my favorite dinner place!) The food, the incredible view, and the service is absolutely impeccable! Let’s wrap it up by heading to the Griffith Observatory. (out of all the amazing places, this is forever my favorite!) Nothing like taking in those stunning LA views at night!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family and TikTok Community. My parents have always supported me in whatever I love and I am so incredibly grateful for that. They always have my back, give me the best possible advice that they can, and celebrate each of my wins whether it be big or small; they always recognize it. I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for their unconditional love and support! Now for my TikTok Community, they are my online family. I would also not be where I am today if it wasn’t for their constant support to me. I built a community of over 100,000 followers ( I call them my TikTok besties), where they are able to laugh, talk about fashion, and just have fun. I love reading their comments and am so grateful they have stuck around to watch my content. I received so many incredible opportunities because of my TikTok page, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my besties!
