We had the good fortune of connecting with Dun Myroradoff and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dun, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I chose my career when angels showed me a dream that drives me. It is ignited by the desire to become a moving force in human advancement, enrich people’s lives, and tell the story of our time. Mark Twain suggested that the two most important days of your life are when you’re born and when you find out why. I was fortunate to discover my talents and know a purpose greater than myself that happen to lie in an artistic career.

A mind with a silenced soul can be a bad friend and drive one down a wrong path. Nothing extraordinary in the arts has been accomplished with a conventional mind, for only the soul has access to the rarest treasures of the Universe. I asked my mind, but I listened to my soul, and only then I found my stars. It was clear that my destiny lies in Hollywood.

Since I chose my maverick path I have been blissful, enjoying even little steps in my grand journey. In reality, artists are broke; however, to me performance is more than just an art. It is my business. In showbiz I go avant-garde, dream big, and make it happen. I am lucky to make a living solely with acting, modeling, and social media. Combining artistic talents or special skills with passion is the ultimate recipe for a successful career. You just have to be brave and trust the process. As long as you focus on doing what you love and offer value, money follows.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have a unique story that sets me apart from others: the journey from rock bottom to rock star, so admired in the American narrative. Getting to this point was not easy, but it was totally worth it! The power of clear intention to be a world-class Hollywood actor and influence lives guides me with a powerful force. Challenges are often inevitable; yet, successful are those who learn to overcome them. Instead of worrying about the obstacles, I shift focus to the ultimate goal and take it as an adventure, one step at a time. We do not always need to know how we will get to our destinations, because life brings us there regardless… as long as we are brave to walk the path.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My mates are always welcome to crash at my crib in Hollywood Hills, looking over the Universal and Warner Bros. studios, and only 10 min. away from the Walk of Fame. On a sunny day, I would invite them to Venice Beach, the freakiest playground in town for people from all walks of life, filled with numerous leisure and athletic activities. If they feel more adventurous, I would certainly invite them for a surfing session in Malibu to experience the mightiness of the Pacific Ocean and swim with dolphins or sharks. Then, we would probably get lost among the neon lights of Koreatown or Little Tokyo, experiencing umami flavors of the Far East in the Far West. When the night is still young, we could pregame at local speakeasies and head out for the warehouse techno raves or rock concerts that my friends like to throw. Noting beats the lifestyle in the City of Angels.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am so grateful to the Universe for showing me a life better that I could even imagine. I feel very blessed with my family, friends, and followers. Thank you all for being in my life and giving me inspiration to keep rocking it.
