We had the good fortune of connecting with Dylan Toomer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dylan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most Important factor to my success is the fact that I take risks and I have friends that challenge and inspire me.Taking risks have led me to many opportunities which lead to clients.But the real reason I’ve seen a degree of success are my friends.Having friends you can rely on and that you can just hit up and they’ll be there, is everything.And honestly just having someone on the same page creatively will push you to the next level.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art like everything thing else is a form of expression, that allows me to be myself.The thing that sets me apart is the fact that Im not afraid to put out what I like.Even if it doesn’t get seen, at least I know I was being real with myself and Im proud of that.Honestly Im not that far along professionally you know. Im still in high school just taking pictures because I love it.Overall I want people to know that I’m Dylan.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For breakfast we would go to Pan’s right there on la Tijera Blvd.Then we would go to Black Market Flea to shop, but in my opinion the best thing to do in LA is to just walk around DTLA,Venice beach or Mel rose.That in my opinion is the best way to experience LA

I really wanna shout out Tre’von or @trey.dmark on instagram. Tre’von brought me out of my box and challenges me to not stop and keep creating.So shout out to him, I love you bro.
