Meet El Niño | Recording Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with El Niño and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi El Niño, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by Human energy. Realizing that my words and actions can create real impact in the world has changed my life for the better. Waking up everyday with a purpose keeps life fun and interesting.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I believe what truly sets someone apart is truly being comfortable in your own skin. It takes a lot of work to trust yourself but once I realized my identity was what makes me unique, it was go time. Pace yourself but run your marathon ! Rip Nipsey Hussle 🙏🏽
I’m proud of my ability to stay consistent over the years through all the challenges life has thrown my way. Mistakes are the best teachers if you pay attention and read the signs to be better.
Im excited to share everything I’ve learned with the world through my creativity in hopes to inspire the next generations to come.
I’ve got a long road ahead but to get to where I am now has definitely not been easy and I know it’s only going to get harder. If you think about it every big dream is just hard work and consistency. Training yourself mentally physically and spiritually to balance everything out. What I’m currently doing.
I want the world to know that everything I did was to reach the highest version of myself , to help my family and loved ones and to leave a positive impact in the world. El Niño was not planned , I think it’s important to remain a kid inside. Stay curious about life and its possibilities, leave age out of it. Have fun with it , get back up and keep going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I currently live in the LA area now but I’m from 714 Orange County to be exact.
We definitely would start the day with a Hike at Peter’s Canyon get out workout on.
Next we would hit Blue Bowl for a fire Acai Bowl.
Depending on what the mood is but for lunch we would definitely hit Tacos El Poblano in Anaheim (Tijuana style tacos) or Mos 2 which is the best teriyaki bowls in Orange County if you know you know!
I usually don’t hang out a lot lol but if I had to take a break from the studio or work we would definitely hit Newport Beach for some waves or some vintage thrift stores by the circle of Orange.
This is faaar from Orange County but if we left and hit the 818 Valley area we would definitely touchdown at El Cocinero best vegan Mexican food EVER. Thank me later.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost I’d like to thank my mother Sofia Flores for betting on herself and coming to the United States from Mexico working endlessly to give me a good life.
My Manager Marcos Jay Teno, becoming coachable as an artist has been the best thing I’ve learned this far.
