We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth, what do you want people to remember about you?
Juicee Joy’s is my legacy. I want people to remember me by the impact I’ve made by helping improve the quality of peoples lives

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
And I was an orthodontist assistant and teachers assistant for many years before I decided to pack up and move to Austin. I’ve been an entrepreneur ever since and I can actually say it’s one of the hardest and proudest things I’ve ever done or doing but it’s so fulfilling. I went from not wanting to have a 9-to-5 to working 24/7 but i can’t wait to see how big my baby gets because Juicee Joy’s will be a household name. One thing I’ve learned is that on this journey challenges will arrive but one thing that has kept me going is remembering the bigger picture and the bigger picture is making an impact on peoples lives and my own life. Health is truly wealth. Juicee Joy’s stands out from the rest because of how delicious it is with being all natural. I’m here to remind any and everyone that being healthy can be easy and enjoyable.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well I’ve only been living in Austin for a year and I’m still getting to know some of the best spots but I will definitely taste my bestie to the farmers markets to check out the best local jems because the key to joy is shopping local and then straight to brunch at the domain and then go bar hopping in the area. Monday I would hit up a local spa and then go out to dinner Tuesday I would check out Gabriella’s south for taco Tuesday which is an amazing fun themed restaurant with authentic Mexican food. Wednesday I will check out more local spots. Thursday I’d check out the gun range by the weekend I would go out for drinks and ride a mechanic bull (still on my bucket list). And yet there’s still so much to do.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First I want to shout out my dad I wouldn’t be the person who I am today without him. Losing him during the pandemic is what got me into taking my health more seriously and also got me into juicing so if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have started Juicee Joy’s and also I want to shout out my brother whose shown me first hand what it means to fearlessly and consistently pursue your dreams
