Meet Empress Ayrial Griffin | Founder/CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Empress Ayrial Griffin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Empress Ayrial, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I pursued an artistic and creative career because I believe in the power of self-expression and the transformative potential of art. Growing up in a family that valued creativity and craftsmanship, I was encouraged to explore my artistic talents from a young age. As I navigated my own health journey and discovered the healing properties of botanicals and natural ingredients, I felt compelled to share my discoveries with others through my brand, Luxurious Peace.
For me, creativity is not just about making beautiful things; it’s about connecting with others, inspiring positive change, and contributing to a more sustainable and harmonious world. By infusing my products with love, intention, and artistic flair, I hope to uplift and empower individuals to embrace their natural beauty and cultivate inner peace. Ultimately, pursuing a creative career allows me to merge my passion for artistry with my commitment to holistic wellness, creating a unique platform for self-expression, healing, and connection.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Skincare is my art. My art is deeply rooted in my personal journey and experiences, serving as a means of expression and healing. What sets me apart is my commitment to authenticity and vulnerability, infusing each piece with raw emotion and introspection. I’m most proud of my ability to translate complex emotions into tangible, evocative works of art that resonate with others on a profound level.
My journey as an artisan has been anything but easy. I’ve faced numerous challenges along the way, from self-doubt and creative blocks to navigating the business side of skincare. However, each obstacle has been an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. I’ve learned the importance of perseverance, resilience, and staying true to my vision, even when faced with setbacks.
Through it all, I’ve come to understand that art is not just about creating beautiful things; it’s about connection, healing, and transformation. My hope is that my art can serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment for others, encouraging them to embrace their own unique journey and find beauty in the midst of adversity. Ultimately, I want the world to know that my art is a reflection of my soul—a testament to the power of resilience, courage, and the human spirit.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to give a heartfelt shoutout to my incredible kids, who inspire and motivate me every single day. As a parent, my journey as an entrepreneur is deeply intertwined with my role in nurturing and supporting my boys. Their endless curiosity, boundless energy, and unwavering belief in me drive me to push harder, dream bigger, and never give up on pursuing my goals. Their presence reminds me of the importance of balance, resilience, and staying true to my values, even when faced with challenges. So here’s to my amazing boys, who are my greatest cheerleaders and the true joy in my life. Thank you for being my constant source of truth, love, inspiration, and encouragement.
