Meet Fadi Hindi | Truth-seeker. Storyteller. System disrupter. Content creator.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fadi Hindi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fadi, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want to be remembered as someone who told the truth—even when it was uncomfortable, even when it cost me something. My legacy, I hope, will be rooted in the courage to expose illusions, ask deeper questions, and live from a place of spiritual integrity. Whether it was through building startups with soul, helping founders find clarity in the chaos, or writing a book that uncovers forgotten parts of our humanity—I want people to feel like I gave them permission to come home to themselves.
At my core, I’m a seeker. Not someone with all the answers, but someone who was relentlessly committed to finding and honoring what’s real. In a world that often rewards performance over purpose, I want my life to be a testament to the power of slowing down, of listening inward, and of remembering why we’re here.
If people remember me, I hope it’s because they felt seen, challenged, and inspired to pursue their own truth. Not the version of themselves shaped by fear, family, or expectation—but the version that was divinely imprinted in them from the beginning.
I don’t need to be known by everyone. But if my work helps even a few people wake up to who they really are—then I’ll know I’ve done what I came here to do.
I want my legacy to be the stories I told—the ones that made people pause, feel deeply, and maybe even see themselves differently. I want to be remembered as someone who wasn’t afraid to peel back the layers, to question the systems we’ve inherited, and to tell the kind of truth that doesn’t just inform—but transforms.
Whether through my writing, my podcast, or the content I create, I’ve always felt called to illuminate what’s hidden—to give voice to the quiet battles we carry and to remind people that they’re not alone. I believe the most powerful stories aren’t the polished ones, but the ones that are raw, lived, and human. That’s the space I create in—whether I’m unpacking trauma, spirituality, purpose, or the immigrant experience. I don’t create for attention. I create to expose.
At heart, I’m not just a founder or an operator—I’m a seeker. And if there’s one thing I hope people remember about me, it’s that I used every medium I had—words, voice, strategy, presence—to help people reconnect with who they really are underneath all the noise.
My hope is that long after I’m gone, someone stumbles across a chapter I wrote or an episode I recorded and thinks, “Finally, someone put words to what I’ve been feeling.” If I can do that—if I can help people feel seen and inspired to step into their own story more fully—then I’ve done what I was here to do.

What should our readers know about your business?
My journey began in the high-pressure world of tech startups, where I built my career as an Operations & People executive guiding early-stage companies through explosive growth and daunting ambiguity. I was the person founders called when things got messy—when product-market fit was unclear, when teams were burnt out, and when vision was lost in the weeds of scaling. My role wasn’t just about fixing systems; it was about reconnecting people to the why behind their work. That’s what set me apart then, and it’s what sets my ventures apart now: a deep commitment to helping people and brands build from a place of alignment, not ego. I specialized in simplifying complexity—building systems, aligning teams, and guiding founders through some of the most chaotic chapters of their businesses. But over time, I realized my gift wasn’t just operational—it was spiritual. I had a unique ability to see the truth behind the noise and help people reconnect with what really matters. That realization changed everything.
Today, that ethos lives across everything I touch. Imshi Media is the clearest embodiment of that mission—a content production company and storytelling studio built to challenge illusion, ignite spiritual awakening, and make the sacred feel cinematic. We’re creating category-defying shows that bridge the gap between ancient truths and modern screens, meeting people where they are while calling them to something deeper. We don’t chase virality—we tell the stories no one else will. Stories that shake something loose. Stories that heal.
I’m equally excited about my newest venture that I am prepping to launch this summer, Verité—a modern hospitality and wellness brand offering a bold, caffeine-free blend of herbs, roots, and spices (think Turkish Coffee) designed to help people reclaim their mornings with presence and clarity.. Verité is more than a drink—it’s a ceremony. A slow, sacred reset for people seeking clarity over chaos. It’s deeply personal to me, a tribute to my Iraqi roots and my lifelong belief that the most radical thing we can offer the world is authenticity.
What sets me apart isn’t just what I build—it’s how I build it. But none of this has been easy. I’ve had to unlearn a lot—about what success looks like, about the kind of leader I wanted to be, and about the illusions I inherited from a world that prioritizes performance over purpose. The biggest lesson? You don’t find your path—you remember it. Every setback, every pivot, every whisper of intuition was pointing me back to the work I was meant to do: building soulful, scalable systems that help people come home to themselves.
At the core of it all, I’m a storyteller. Whether I’m launching a media brand, scaling a startup, or formulating a new beverage, everything I do is in service of one thing: telling the truth—about who we are, why we’re here, and what’s possible when we live and build from a place of wholeness.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Los Angeles for the first time, I’d take them on a journey that blends art, wellness, nature, and culture—true to the spirit of this city. We’d begin in Venice, with a stroll along the iconic boardwalk, soaking in its electric energy, street art, and performers. Breakfast would be at Gjusta, followed by exploring Abbot Kinney Boulevard’s unique boutiques and the charm of Rose Avenue. A hearty dinner at Gjelina would be the perfect way to close out a day in this creative neighborhood. We’d hike through the scenic trails of Topanga State Park and meditate atop Serra Retreat in Malibu for grounding and reflection. A trip to Anaheim would be essential, where we’d immerse ourselves in the sights, smells, and tastes of Little Arabia—savoring authentic Arabic cuisine and browsing local markets. For a wellness reset, we’d book a sauna and cold plunge session at Likeminded Coffee, a hidden gem for relaxation and connection. We’d spend an afternoon wandering the halls of LACMA, letting art stir our imagination, and take a serene walk through the Venice Canals. To cap it all off, we’d savor a sunset dinner at Elephante, where the ocean breeze and Mediterranean flavors remind us why LA is a city like no other.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There’s no way I could take credit for where I am without acknowledging the people and forces that have shaped me. First and foremost, I give thanks to God—for the pain, the purpose, the detours, and the divine breadcrumbs that led me to a life of meaning. Every challenge cracked me open in ways I didn’t understand at the time. But looking back, it was never punishment—it was preparation.
I also want to shout out the books that cracked my heart wide open—The Universal Christ by Richard Rohr and The Surrender Experiment by Michael A. Singer. These works gave me language for truths I had always sensed but never known how to articulate. They helped me unlearn the illusions I inherited and realign with the rhythm of surrender, stillness, and trust.
Most importantly, I dedicate this moment to my parents. They sacrificed everything to bring our family to the United States—leaving behind comfort, culture, and certainty so I could live a better life. Their courage, faith, and unwavering love laid the foundation for my voice, my work, and my mission. I carry their legacy with me in everything I do.
And to the mentors, friends, and quiet encouragers along the way—those who saw me when I didn’t see myself—thank you. This journey has never been about going it alone. It’s about remembering that we are all threads in a much larger story. And for everyone who has walked beside me, challenged me, and loved me—I carry your fingerprints in everything I create.
