Meet Falisha Rexford | Female Veteran/Realtor/Real Estate Investor/ mommy and wife!

We had the good fortune of connecting with Falisha Rexford and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Falisha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Everything is based around relationships. Especially in the world that we live in nowadays I think people are craving human connection. Being there for people before business will in turn generate more business… Be people driven, not commission driven.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Just like anything in life. Nothing is ever” easy” There’s always a moment of jump, panic, worry, etc… But you have to bet on yourself. The biggest part of my story is walking away from a beautiful career that I had already created to do something completely different. Create a real estate business with a specialty in helping service members. I hadn’t seen it specifically done in Las Vegas and I knew that I could do it. Since then, I’ve grown a team and have been able to expand my real estate portfolio tenfold. Meanwhile, I am educating as many people as possible on social media platforms, attending events, shaking hands, and encouraging others to be the best version of themselves. All of this while continuing to become better person myself…as a mother, a wife, a partner, sister, friend, and encourager. I Still have a lot to learn but am up for the challenge!!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If they were visiting me in Las Vegas, I would start with encouraging them to stay with me in my home. My home is a place that I’ve created into a sanctuary and I love sharing it with people that I love. It also gives you a little tiny glimpse into what “Las Vegas” is. People see shiny lights and gambling…but we are so much more. But we are so much more. To continue the mantra of what Vegas is also.. I would probably take them on A hike to Mount Charleston, a walk around Floyd Lamb Park and would probably enjoy all of the Ma and Pa restaurants that Vegas has to offer. There’s so much more than the big glitzy glamour of the city. There’s families and family-owned establishments all around and those are people I want to bring anyone visiting me to see and support.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’ve created my entire brand off of helping military personnel buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I literally would not be where I am today without the men and women that wear the uniform.
